Viewers of MTV's Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica may not have seen the signs that Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey were headed for a breakup, but one of the reality show's producers apparently did.
Sue Kolinsky, who worked on Newlyweds and The Osbournes, tells Complex magazine U.K. that while filming Lachey and Simpson, she thought their marriage was already on the rocks. "You could feel there was tension between the two of them. They were very different people," she claims. "He was a blue collar guy -- he did a lot of things himself, like he and his brother would build things. He was frugal, and she had excessive taste."

Who wouldn’t want to build an entire film around the breakout charms of Jessica Williams? That must have been the thought that crossed filmmaker Jim Strouse’s mind when he cast her in his 2015 Sundance premiere “People Places Things,” in which the former “Daily Show” correspondent stole every single scene she appeared in (no small feat, considering the film afforded Williams her biggest role yet, and she was cast alongside other charmers like Jemaine Clement and Regina Hall). For Strouse’s next feature, he’s — quite smartly — turned his full attention to Williams, who makes a bold bid for movie stardom as the centerpiece of “The Incredible Jessica James.”
The film will likely feel familiar to fans of Strouse’s brand of quirky humor, the kind that doesn’t shy away from using big problems — divorce, infidelity, professional failure — to earn both its laughs and relatability. But it’s...

Our Jessica Jones episode-by-episode viewing notes reach the finale, Aka Smile, which delivers a mixed bag for fans of the comics...
Marvel's Jessica Jones is available to view now on Netflix, and as with Daredevil we'll be providing (mostly) daily episode-by-episode coverage for those who want to follow it with us. Each instalment of these viewing notes will look at how the show's plot, characters and story relate to the comic source material, providing background information and pointers for those who want to know more.
Please note that while we might occasionally reveal the way plots developed in the comics, we are trying to be sensitive to any surprises the TV show may have in store. These notes are written immediately after the episode is watched, so any speculation about the way the story may go is purely that!
All we ask is that if you've seen future episodes that confirm,...

On this episode of Suits, "Privilege," Mike and Louis work together on a case and find themselves at odds with Jack Soloff, Donna helps Mike with wedding plans and Harvey finds out his therapist is a witness against his latest client.
Jessica may have neutralized Jack Soloff for the time being, but she stills sees him as a force to be reckoned with and wants him on her side. This means giving Soloff time to sulk and lick his wounds, but she wants to bring him into the Harvey Pearson Litt clique.

In the "Suits" episode, "Unfinished Business," Ava Hessington returns and soon faces a murder charge. Not only do Harvey and Mike have to defend her, they also have to rebuild their relationship in the face of new challenges.
Can they reclaim their roles as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid?
Mike is non-dairy creamer
You know how Mike totally dumped Louis to go back and work with Harvey? Well, Louis is still rather furious about the whole thing. By himself, however, Louis doesn't do too much -- he just steals back oat bars and talks about how fake milk is a metaphor for Mike.
Katrina does better. When Mike won't help her get in on the Hessington case, she retaliates with a cartoon in which Mike appears as a Harvey-loving baby. This does get Louis' attention, although Harvey responds by informing Katrina that she's done at the firm.
Or is she?...

Harvey Specter is an angry man in "Suits" Season 3. That's fair. His career has been difficult and littered with betrayals lately. But, in "I Want You to Want Me," at least Harvey begins to see that no one -- even a great lawyer -- can go it alone.
Will it matter? Find out in this recap.
Stop 'shipping Harvey and Donna
Harvey and Donna are essentially the same person. It's just that Donna is a little more concerned about feelings than her boss.
Feelings aside, most of what Donna wants is to kick butt and get a better office. And neither Harvey nor Donna has any use for one Mike Ross these days.
Oh Captain, my Captain!
Louis doesn't get to mentor the associates anymore. Instead, Jessica wants him to mentor one single associate. He gets to pick anyone.
Now, did Jessica push Louis in the direction of Mike because she felt sorry for Louis?...

Jessica Simpson covered her baby bump with a flowing maxi dress for a lunch outing with her fiancé, Eric Johnson, in Santa Monica, CA, today. The couple held hands for the day date, which comes as they prepare for the arrival of their second child this Summer. Jessica and Eric are already parents to their 1-year-old daughter, Maxwell, and Jessica recently expressed her wishes to tie the knot with Eric shortly after giving birth for a second time. She has been engaged to Eric since 2010, and she reportedly told friends that she wants to get married "a few months" after the baby is born. Jessica may be in the marriage mind-set since she was the guest of a pal's nuptials just last weekend. Jessica wore a tight black dress to attend the wedding of Kathryn Sykora and Chris Hetherington with Eric at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, CA.

Who is Bill Compton, really?
That was the main question asked and not entirely answered on the True Blood Season 6 premiere, as Bill battled with his new self; Nora drove a wedge between Eric and Pam; and the Governor of Louisiana took a major step toward ending his people's conflict with members of the undead.
In this edition of the TV Fanatic Round Table, staff members Matt Richenthal, Leigh Raines and Chris O'Hara are joined by Liz Henderson of True-Blood.net to break down "Who Are You, Really," debating their favorite scenes, quotes and more...
-------------------------------------------
What was your favorite quote or scene from the premiere?
Matt: Pam referred to killing Mary Poppins and getting sand in her cooch. Please don't make me choose between those True Blood quotes.
Leigh: There's nothing like Eric Northman pulling up in a Denali in the midst of destruction and chaos, lamenting that it's time to ditch that party!
