When it comes to studio features, there are few we’re anticipating more this year than Shane Black‘s return to the crime drama/comedy with The Nice Guys. Starring Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe, its red band trailer was a complete delight and today we have the groovy soundtrack from the ’70s-set film.
Revealed over at iam8bit, they’ve shared details on its double LP release, which comes with a 3D centerfold, a pin-up poster, liner notes, and more. Perfectly setting the tone, the 15-track release features Bee Gees, The Temptations, Kiss, Kool & The Gang, Earth, Wind & Fire, Kiss, The Band, and more. Thanks to our friend Drew Morton, who’s put together a playlist on Spotify with all the tracks.
Get listening below as we await the film, which is rumored to stop by Cannes before it opens in May:

Simple choice. Do you read the Saw 5 soundtrack review?
Autumn is here. Leaves are falling. The air is chill. Halloween is close.
It’s also the perfect time to see seemingly undesirable people be slowly tortured and killed via decapitation! Yes folks, it’s time to get your Saw on.
The fifth installment of this never-ending franchise (not matched since Friday The 13th) is upon us, and guess what the soundtrack contains? I guarantee you there will be no “Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass” on this bad boy. This album is chock full of the best angry techno-angst your misunderstood mind can muster! There’s music for people to scream to, music for people to punch things to and music for people to just plain grimace to.
Also check out: Batman 3 Villains
The Saw 5 soundtrack (Saw V?) contains all the standards of what the franchise delivers. There have really been...

TNT’s hit series The Closer has been looked upon for a potential spin-off. The network has decided to further milk the successful cop drama by getting creator and executive producer James Duff to spawn a new series based on The Closer, which stars Kyra Sedgewick as Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson, a skilled detective and officer at the Priority Homicide Division of the Los Angeles Police Department.
The yet-untitled spin-off is currently code named The Fixer, and is being co-written by The Closer co-executive producer Adam Belanoff and Michael Berchem. However, it is still unclear whether the spin-off will focus on an existing Closer character, or an entirely different individual. Nonetheless, TNT confirmed that they have ordered a script, without disclosing any more details. Additionally, Greer Shephard and Michael Robin will executively produce the yet-untitled new show.
