It looks like someone here could have done a little bit of a better job with their homework. That’s because Kamala Harris is once again being slammed for not getting her facts correct. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Kamala Harris Slammed For Not Getting Her Facts Correct
According to new reports, Rep. Jim Banks has obtained footage of US troops under fire in the Middle East just days after Kamala Harris claimed not a single troop was in a war zone.
This comes as Kamala falsely claimed there were no active-duty troops deployed in war zones during her debate with former President Donald Trump just last week.
As of today, there is not one member of the United States military who is in active duty in a combat zone, in any war zone around the world, the first time this century,” Harris claimed at the time.

Sen. Marco Rubio and Rep. Jim Banks have introduced legislation in the Senate and House of Representatives seeking to ban transgender Americans from serving in the military.
The Ensuring Military Readiness Act would ensure that “persons who identify as transgender with a
history of diagnosis of gender dysphoria are disqualified from military service,” except under a narrow set of circumstances holding that they serve under their biological sex.
“Biden has turned our military into a woke social experiment,” Rubio said in a statement. “It is a stupid way to go about protecting our nation.

Washington — There was a time, with a Democrat in the White House and a red wave building ahead of midterm elections, when the U.S. Chamber of Commerce poured approximately 40 million exclusively into Republican campaigns. The year was 2014, and the granddaddy of corporate lobbying groups in the nation’s capital helped the GOP expand its hold on the House of Representatives by 13 seats and powered the party to majority control in the Senate through a massive gain of nine seats.

The four police officers who testified before the first hearing of the January 6 select committee Tuesday gave House lawmakers harrowing, dramatic and unnerving accounts of what happened that day. Even when video clips were not being shown of the Capitol riot, their testimony made for riveting TV, showing that more than six months later, emotions are still raw.
Metropolitan Police Officer Michael Fanone pounded his fist on the table and, responding to lawmakers and Donald Trump allies who have taken to minimize what happened, said, “The indifference shown to my colleagues is disgraceful.”
Returning to the events of that day, described in graphic detail, seemed to be a purpose of the committee’s kickoff — against a number of Republicans who want to just move on or rewrite the narrative. The result was a hearing that garnered coverage across cable news channels and, at least in some markets, the broadcast networks.

On the first day of the House select committee investigation into the January 6th insurrection, officers from the U.S. Capitol Police and D.C.’s Metropolitan Police Department who responded that day gave harrowing testimony about the abuse they endured at the hands of an angry mob of Trump supporters.
“That day continues to be a constant trauma for us, literally every day,” Capitol Police Sergeant Aquilino Gonell, who suffered severe injuries and has been on leave for most of the months following the insurrection, told the committee on Tuesday.

More than six months after the attack on the U.S. Capitol, viewers will get to hear firsthand accounts of what happened on January 6 at the first hearing of a select House committee set up to investigate the insurrection.
Broadcast and cable networks plan to carry all or parts of the first hearing of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol. Or you can watch the livestream here:
Scheduled to testify are four law enforcement officers who will share their accounts: They include Capitol Police officers Harry Dunn and Aquilino Gonell, and Metropolitan Police officers Michael Fanone and Daniel Hodges.
It’s taken months to get a committee up and running amid opposition from Republicans. They blocked an earlier plan to set up an independent bipartisan commission to investigate Jan. 6, similar to one that was set up after 9/11. Then House Speaker Nancy Pelosi...

A Texas grand jury has indicted Netflix on a charge of disseminating lewd material by distributing the French film “Cuties.”
The grand jury in Tyler County, Texas, returned the indictment on Sept. 23 under a state law that forbids “the lewd exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of an unclothed, partially clothed, or clothed child.”
To be illegal, such material must appeal “to the prurient interest in sex” and have “no serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.”
Netflix defended the film in a statement: “‘Cuties’ is a social commentary against the sexualization of young children. This charge is without merit and we stand by the film.”
No arraignment date has been set.
The Tyler County district attorney is Lucas Babin, a onetime model and actor who appeared as Spider, the shirtless musician in the 2003 film “School of Rock.” He also played Rocky on “The Young and the Restless,” according to his IMDb profile.
