Fear the Forest (2009)
Brains can conquer a lack of budget after all.
What a great movie. It had all the elements of a Horror/thriller movie
The characters journey was perfect in every way. The mood and feel changes were riveting. The action and suspense was surprising and awe inspiring at the same time.
The scene where the bounty hunters first encountered the military men was simply well crafted, how the military men shot one of the bounty hunters leg that led to a slight rivalry that went through the movie, although one might say the slow motions in the movie were a tad too much but it as well brings out a certain beauty in some scenes, one in particular was when big foot was shot by two hunters, the slow motion there truly captured the essence there
And the conclusion! The underlying themes were brought together in the most masterful way I've seen in a while in horror movies.
i would highly recommend this movie to anyone who hasn't seen it yet...
Inception (2010)
A genius mind like no other
Compound excellent director, screenwriter and great cast resulted in a superb film. Inception is a great, exciting and tense melodrama. Leonardo DiCaprio has combined what is expected of him for years. Exquisite science fiction story and very intelligent thriller that follows.
The elements in the film do not differ much from previous works. In other words, they are great. Thematically, the film is remarkable
Seeking Justice (2011)
Amazing portrayals, editing, cinematic style and chemistry
This movie is just brilliant. The acting is brilliant. The portrayals of that period in time is brilliant. The directing is brilliant. It's brilliant. The movie may not be as accurate as the reality and have that much realism but is interesting to watch.
Nicolas Cage does a fantastic job getting into his character, as well as January Jones. The editing and make-up are pretty phenomenal too. The editing of time passing and cuts of scenes make the film engrossing to the viewer.
