One Tree Hill: Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly. (2008)
Wow. Perfection.
This episode really is all it was cracked up to be. It is as good as Mark said, and as good as anything that can ever be written.
6 years later and the writers, directors, and actors of One Tree Hill can still make your heart melt, can still make you cry, and can still keep you holding your breath watching magnificence on screen. Wow. All I can say is, this episode was spectacular, magnificent, breathtaking, enlightening, and just plain perfection. One Tree Hill has really been a journey for everyone that takes part in the show's creation. It is really underrated, and should be considered more than what critics call it. One Tree Hill really is heartfelt television that everyone who doesn't watch the show should strongly consider it. This episode has really been a pleasure to watch. I applaud everyone that took part in the making of this episode.
It's been six years, six great years, and they still got it. Wow.
One Tree Hill (2003)
Stories to tell, Lessons to learn... the great ability of One Tree Hill
The show is great, they really have many stories to tell. We've seen these characters in their high school years, and now after college, when their lives really begin, and its wonderful. I believe One Tree Hill is great, has been great so far, and still has greatness reserved for future hours. The voice overs and lessons learned are great for the growing young adults.
When it was the first four seasons, many people said that its a teen show, teen stuff, blah blah blah, nothing important. Now with the jump, in the fifth season, they are young adults, starting their lives, and I can really see that blossoming. I love all the seasons, I love the show, and I like to see our favorite characters evolve and grow. I think the high school years were good, I think the jump was great, and I think they should keep going because One Tree Hill has a lot more to show us. It really is a better show than the haters and critics say. It actually sucks that the show hasn't gotten awards for got acting and good episodes during certain points in its run, but I'm okay with it because the awards don't make the show.
There's still stories to tell, lessons to learn, and moments to be had with One Tree Hill. I recommend the show to anyone. Ten stars!!!!
The Golden Compass (2007)
um, it was bad
OK, I saw this movie yesterday. Some people wanted to see it, so hey I went. All I can say about it is that it was pure crap, both the fact that most of it is completely digital and the message that it puts out is, in the least, a wrong lesson. From what I gather, the message, people can live without their souls, or without part of their souls, is completely the wrong lesson to be taught to kids. It has no ending, and the fact that the little girl could get everything she wanted was fake. The compass has nothing to do with the other worlds at all, so I see no reason why the movie should mention them. Animals talking are bogus, and in the end, my point is, I really did not like it at all. I think its a bad lesson to put across, and people should really see it for what it is, since the splitting of the soul from the person is the main focus of the movie.
August Rush (2007)
Inspiring and award winning
This movie was, to say the least, inspiring. Feddie Highmore's work deserves a nomination, more than that, an award. I got completely into the movie and the story and the lives of the characters, it's amazing. Kery and Johnathan have great chemistry, I especially love Johnathan's perseverance playing his character. Robin Williams was a breath of fresh air, playing a character outside his comfort zone, and I think he also did a good job. All in all the movie was spectacular, Freddie does award winning work, and it had something that doesn't happen very often, the movie had me crying at the end. I completely recommend it, to anyone and everyone!
Lions for Lambs (2007)
you make your own point of view
Personally, I think the movie was a great movie. I feel it was done only to portray the different views of the same situation not to side with any view in particular. It also shows the solid truth of the fact that the media does not help the government at all and really does not inform the news, putting Britney/Kevin as news and the real news as fine-print at the bottom of the screen where blind people cant know whats going on, since, obviously they can hear but not see. A good thing the movie does is that it movie leaves the end open and pushes no particular point of view to let the viewer decide, after listening to the different points of view Americans have on the subject, his or her point of you.
It was well done, and I highly recommend it.
One Tree Hill: All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone (2007)
the best
This is the best episode. Its the best season finale of all, and can also be the best series finale ever written, but thank God we get to see One Tree Hill next season. Can you believe that this episode has made me cry at the end. It's the best ending for the voyage through high school. Mark Schwahn is, in my opinion the best writer and directer and producer on television. I love this episode, and I hope to see more, hopefully a full season in September, hoping very strongly. Mark Schwahn, you're the best, you fans love you! 6 thumbs way way up!! (My mom, my sister, and myself) 'We'll see you soon! One Tree Hill forever...
Spider-Man 3 (2007)
Worst spider man ever...
This was by far the worst Spiderman movie ever. They just kept adding and adding crap to the movie, I thought it was never going to end. Example the guy turning into Venom was unnecessary. And there's no real way to beat the Sandman, and uh duh, if you mix fire with sand you get glass, hello! And hey, guess what, the movie is all about the guy choosing his career over the girl, not cool, they tried to fix it with what the aunt said about don't get married until you are able to put her before you. It was the worst movie for the Dunst Maguire pair, Kirsten was just used to mop the floor, man, seriously. Plus, there was no plot, it was the worst... It was a waste of my money trust me, along with without a paddle and epic movie, which one was worse...
