The Breakfast Club (1985)
My favorite movie
Well, while the plot may be very cliched, it still is my favorite movie of all time. It is a true icon of the 80's, and gives a deep psycological analysis of the way teens think. It may only have one set, but it never gets boring. Something every teenager should see.
Meet the Parents (2000)
pretty good
Although this movie was full of wit and comedy, it still had room for a story-line, which made it all the better. There were a couple unbelievable things in the movie, but for the most part, it was very clever, and something definitely worth renting.
Norma Jean & Marilyn (1996)
Disappointing
Well, being a big fan of Marilyn Monroe, and her life, I have to say this movie was not very good, and was a poor depiction of Marilyn's life. It seems that every other scene they did something wrong. I'm not picky, but facts are facts. First off, the way they had her die was completely and totally wrong. Second, they portrayed her as a dits who felt sorry for herself all the time. It wasn't like that. While she did have her share of problems, it wasn't as foolish as they made it out to be. I wouldn't rent this.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986)
the best
this movie is an absolute classic. It stands as a true 80's icon, and lets you know that a good movie can exist, that isn't restricted by complex plots and useless dialogue, as some movies possess. It's a great movie, everyone will love it.
