Plot Summary

After a robbery aided by a rigged timepiece, Batman and Robin deduce the Clock King must be in Gotham City. Disguised as a pop art expert, the villain brings his latest masterpiece to the Parkhurst Gallery. But everyone is surprised when the sculpture turns out to be more than just a piece of art, and the Clock King makes off with a valuable time-related painting. Batman and Robin follow a clue to the villain's hideout, unaware that a trap awaits them. Written by Twenty Penguins

Trivia Bill Finger, this episode's co-writer, was the co-creator of many Batman characters; such as Robin, Commissioner Gordon, The Joker, The Penguin and The Riddler. See more »
Goofs In the initial Bat-phone scene, Dick Grayson is obviously wearing dark eye makeup. Burt Ward generally can be seen wearing such makeup under his mask as Robin, which would be removed for scenes as Dick Grayson. It likewise appears later when the Clock King and his henchmen attempt to rob Wayne Manor. See more »

Quotes Car Hop: May I recommend Batburgers?
Batman: Batburgers?
[car hop pulls out a sign]
Robin: [reading] "Trouble stealing your appetite?"
Batman: [reading] "Arrest it with our new Batburger."
Batman: I'm honored by this tribute, miss. Two Batburgers, medium-rare, and two glasses of orangeade... doubles.
