“Bar Rescue” is one of Paramount Network’s flagship shows, with industry expert and host Jon Taffer attempting to save flailing watering holes across the country. While his common sense advice and industry knowledge make running a successful tavern business seem achievable even for home audiences, the show’s whirlwind filming schedule allows Taffer’s team to record an incredible amount of material at a breakneck pace.
After 13 years, nine seasons and an average of 1.3 million viewers, “Bar Rescue” will celebrate its 250th episode, airing June 30. Ahead of the milestone, Taffer opened up about what the audience doesn’t see — from the scope of the crew and aftercare to what the importance of the bar industry could mean for all Americans.

For me, Wolverine started as a Saturday morning cartoon character. In fact I saw the first X-Men movie before picking up a comic. This just goes to show the strength and popularity of the character, with 2024 his 50th year in comics which coincides with potentially his biggest and best outing on the big screen. Here I am going to walk you through my personal journey with the little guy who made it big across all forms of media. How I came to be a comic reader and collector is a story for another day.
Getting back to those Saturday mornings, why did Wolverine stand out? First of all the costume just leaps off the screen. When he is out of the trademark yellow and blue there wasn’t another cartoon character that looked like him! I mean the hair, the height, the plaid shirt and the cowboy hat combo! It...

Just like Florida Georgia Line itself, the bro-country duo’s Nashville bar is kaput. Fgl House, which first opened its doors in June 2017 with a ribbon cutting by members Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley, has closed and will be replaced by a new Lainey Wilson venture.
The shuttering of Fgl House marks the first country-star branded bar of the modern era to close in Nashville. Tc Restaurant Group, which operates bars by the likes of Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert, and, formerly, Florida Georgia Line, will partner with Wilson to create Bell Bottoms Up.

Like him or not, Morgan Wallen is one of the biggest music artists in the world at the moment, in any genre. The country singer’s relatively young career has been a roller-coaster ride, to say the least, from the genuinely inspired to the boneheaded, and, in one case, shameful. Here’s a closer look at the major times the Sneedville, Tennessee, native has made waves with his music, his actions, or his words.

Morgan Wallen was arrested and jailed Sunday night in Nashville, according to multiple reports.
The Hollywood Reporter confirmed the arrest (first reported by Billboard) on Monday via a statement from Wallen’s attorney, Worrick G. Robinson of Worrick Robinson Law.
“At 10:53 p.m. Sunday evening, Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities,” read the statement.
Robinson confirmed that the 30-year-old country star was released on bond, reported to be $15,250, at approximately 3:30 a.m. local time.
Wallen is currently on his 2024 One Night at a Time tour. His court date for the incident is May 3, amid scheduled performances at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium on May 2 and 3.

Featuring over 70 episodes and two specials, Netflix‘s Queer Eye has been captivating viewers since it first premiered in 2018.
The show follows five LGBTQ advisors as they attempt to improve someone’s life over the span of a week by using their respective areas of expertise. Food and wine expert Antoni Porowski handles culinary education. Designer Bobby Berk does home renovations. Fashion guru Tan France tackles the wardrobe. Grooming genius Jonathan Van Ness gives the makeover. Culture and lifestyle chief Karamo Brown guides them through the whole journey.
A reboot of the 2003 Bravo reality series Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, this more modern Queer Eye doesn’t (always) rely on the novelty of put-together gay men “fixing” slovenly straight guys. Instead it often digs deeper into its subjects’ lives and uses its stars natural empathy to help unpack everyday folks’ issues and ultimately instill confidence. As you might expect,...

Fran Drescher says that this past weekend’s Saturday Night Live skit fashioning the SAG-AFTRA president as a Halloween costume-policing tyrant definitely falls under the “treat” category, whereas at least one guild member begs to differ.
In “Trick or Treat With Fran Drescher,” Sarah Sherman played TV’s erstwhile Nanny, who diligently either sent home kids who were clad in costumes promoting “struck” TV/movies work (in an exaggeration of SAG-AFTRA’s Halloween “guidance” for guild members themselves), or suggested quick tweaks to, say, transform Wolverine into “any gay man over 50,” or turn Super Mario into “the guy from the pizza box.

This post may contain spoilers for "Star Trek: Lower Decks" season 4.
The character of Harcourt Fenton "Harry" Mudd, as played by actor Roger C. Carmel, appeared in two episodes of the original "Star Trek" and one episode of "Star Trek: The Animated Series." In 1966's "Mudd's Women," he served as a seller and transporter of mail-order brides. The women he transports (they all hitch a ride on the Enterprise) happen to be the most attractive women imaginable and are decked out on the finest diaphanous parkas that 1960s sci-fi fashion had to offer. It's later revealed that Mudd is a notorious swindler and smuggler and is wanted for various criminal endeavors throughout the quadrant. It's also revealed that the women he is transporting are made artificially more attractive through the regular ingestion of a miracle pill that temporarily transforms them into models. In an additional, even stupider twist, the...

It's nearly impossible to be a fan of procedural television without watching a series produced by Dick Wolf. He created an enduring hit with the "Law & Order" universe in the 1990s and continued his reign with his "One Chicago" universe. In 2012, Wolf took fans from New York to the Windy City with a franchise that follows law enforcement officers, firefighters, and medical personnel. The franchise's flagship series, "Chicago Fire," is among the best procedural shows of the last ten years due to its quality storylines and lovable characters.
The men and women of Firehouse 51 share a unique bond that transcends mere professional relationships. Week after week, the series brings them into some of the most dangerous situations imaginable, and survival is never guaranteed. This show is the most reliably well-written part of the "One Chicago" franchise. Still, every great series has its low points. Some seasons are memorable from beginning to end,...
