Warner Bros. has chosen the end of the day to premiere the first trailer and poster for Clint Eastwood's new movie, Jersey Boys based on the hit Broadway musical. Starring Christopher Walken, Jeremy Luke, Joey Russo, Vincent Piazza and Erica Piccininni, Jersey Boys is the legendary story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons: Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi and tells the meteoric tale of how a group of blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks became one of the biggest American pop music sensations of all time. Ben Affleck has his hands full finishing up David Fincher's Gone Girl and moving to Zack Snyder's Batman vs. Superman after that where he'll play the Dark Knight. But once all that's over with the director of the Best Picture-winning Argo will move on to his second adaptation of a Dennis Lehane novel with the Prohibition Era story, Live by Night, which Warner Bros. just set for a Christmas Day 2015 release date. The Boston-set story centers on on Joe Coughlin, who rebels against his cop father and becomes a career criminal, eventually joining a mobster. He rises up the ranks as the action moves to Tampa, Fla., then Cuba and features rumrunners, femme fatales, betrayals and good men committing plenty of sin. Jo (Sela ward) is thrown against a mirror and hovers between consciousness, as a man walks around the room, which we know can only be Curtis (Jason Wiles) and throws bullets around. 48 hours earlier Jo spots a man outside the courtroom, who is revealed as Frank (Michael Weston). Serena (Jenn Proske) is distraught over Curtis walking free. Jo is adamant they will get him. The Senator (Jeffrey Nordling) asks how she can say that. Jo isn't involved in the case and "the case still fell apart." That's a damning indictment against Lindsay (Anna Belknap) and her skills if ever there was one, ha. 3 years ago Washington DC, a flashback to Jo meeting the Senator and Serena. A nervous woman walks the streets talking to herself and is run over by a bus. Tony (Michael Weatherly) has a new girlfriend, Ethyl who is into role playing, which Ziva (Cote de Pablo) interprets as being acting, but McGee (Sean Murray) corrects her, it's not that type of role play. It's Hallowe'en again, or almost. Gibbs (Mark Harmon) gets them onto the case of Navy Lt Clea Thorson (Erica Piccininni). Ducky (David McCallum) determines Cod as "pedestrian hit by a bus, how unfortunate." Palmer (Brian Dietzen) notices she has chemical formulae written on her arm and Ducky finds it's all over her body. Clea had been employed by a biotech firm but was fired two weeks ago. Several cash deposits were made into her account. Abby (Pauley Perrette) takes her own snaps of the formulae cos she doesn't like the photos Tony took. She refers to this as an "indecipherable puzzle.
