Sharon Osbourne exited Celebrity Big Brother after spending eight days in the most famous house in the UK.
Osbourne was a “lodger” and wasn’t an official housemate, having agreed to appear in the reality competition for only one week. The former The Talk co-host was not evicted from the house and didn’t face the public vote.
“It’s been a great party. I have loved it,” Osbourne said after Big Brother announced her time had ended.
Big Brother asked Osbourne to name the housemates who impacted her most, saying it was Nikita Kuzmin.
“He’s beautiful inside and outside,” Osbourne said about the Strictly Come Dancing dancer.
Osbourne also mentioned Levi Roots because “he’s just a genuinely good guy.”
“I’ve loved every minute,” Osbourne said outside the house before her daughter Kelly joined her on stage to give her a hug.

Celebrity Big Brother returned for the first time in six years to 2.7M viewers last night, as Sharon Osbourne and Kate Middleton’s uncle entered the house.
The show was just ahead of the launch of the civilian Big Brother UK in October, which secured 2.5M viewers, according to Barb data supplied by overnights.tv.
Celebrity Big Brother, which peaked with 3M, will now have the benefit of airing nightly on ITV main channel for the next three weeks in the primetime 9 p.m. GMT (1 p.m. Pt) slot and be given a big push on streamer Itvx. The civilian Big Brother kicked off in the same slot in October but was then moved to ITV 2 and ratings naturally declined from there – averaging around 1M per night.

As U.K. network ITV launches an external review into the circumstances surrounding “This Morning” anchor Phillip Schofield’s “unwise but not illegal” relationship with a young employee, many are wondering how the long-time host – a staple of British daytime television – went from ITV golden boy to Tellyland exile in a matter of weeks.
It’s a storyline that could have been ripped from Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon’s Apple TV+ hit “The Morning Show.” An older male anchor handpicks a glamorous, younger and – according to unkind whispers – malleable blonde to be his co-host after falling out with her predecessor.
Fifteen years later the young blonde (reportedly) turns on him, ousting him from the show following a string of scandals that were beginning to taint her brand. But her victory may be short-lived as the married male anchor drops the bombshell that he had an affair with a young...

Ah, Ready Steady Cook – you were a product of simpler times. The BBC’s teatime TV cooking show saw two contestants bring along a bag of ingredients, team up with a celebrity chef, (becoming Team Green Pepper and Team Red Tomato) and spend 20 minutes transforming what they’d brought into a tasty dinner.
They only had a maximum budget of £5 (which these days would probably only stretch to half a cucumber and a pot noodle) so the dishes weren’t fancy – none of this nonsense about serving some daft gravy-with-notions and calling it a ‘jus’. No, the likes of Ainsley Harriott or Anthony Worrall Thompson usually just hastily assembled a lasagne, and then the audience voted for a winner – and by ‘vote’, we mean they lifted up a picture of a green pepper or a red tomato.

Selina Scott has claimed that she experienced sexual harassment while working as a presenter on BBC Breakfast in the Eighties.
Scott, who was one of the first co-hosts of BBC Breakfast Time in 1983, explained why she declined to be a guest on the BBC Breakfast show this week as part of its 40th anniversary celebrations.
She said it would be “dishonest” to appear on the show following her experiences on the show, which she claimed included being forced to deal with being kissed by co-presenter Frank Bough.
Scott also spoke about feeling forced to kiss Jimmy Savile when he appeared on the show as a guest, and said she felt women were placed on air for “decoration”.
The presenter told Daily Mail on Friday (20 January) that she was warned about the “snake-pit atmosphere” of the broadcasting house before she began her role.

Former UK TV presenter John Leslie has been found not guilty of sexual assault at a trial in London.
The 55-year-old was accused of grabbing a woman’s breasts at a Christmas party in 2008, a complaint which was lodged to the police in 2017.
Leslie, once a prominent UK TV personality, began his career in 1989 on the BBC’s popular kids’ show Blue Peter show. He went on to host Wheel Of Fortune, This Morning and the UK version of Survivor.
According to reports from the court Leslie collapsed in tears on hearing today’s verdict. He had described the accusations as “ludicrous and crazy”, adding he had been made suicidal after the loss of his TV career and media reports about him.
His former co-presenters Anthea Turner and Fern Britton were among his character witnesses in the trial.

Oh dear: there's trouble in Strictly Come Dancing paradise. Judge Craig Revel Horwood has been stirring the pot by suggesting that pro Kristina Rihanoff was "gutted" to be paired with Daniel O'Donnell, while another report suggested that Oti Mabuse thought her celeb Anthony Ogogo was an "arsehole" before they started working together (Anthony's insisted that's not true).
But both of those duos could have had it a lot worse, as these six disastrous partnerships from the past prove:
1. Lynda Bellingham & Darren Bennett (series seven, 2009)
How far did they get? Finished in 13th place
What's the problem? We didn't know it at the time, but Lynda's widower Michael Pattemore revealed in his book My Lynda that she didn't get on with her partner Darren - because he was a "miserable git" who wanted to dance solidly with No Fun Allowed. The Big Allotment Challenge: BBC Two, 8pm
Fern Britton hosts a new show where nine pairs of gardeners compete to produce the best fruit and vegetables from their allotment. Filming took place over several months, so throughout the six-part series, the cameras will flit back and forth to show the contestants' progress. While they play the long game with their gardening, the competitors are also tasked with more immediate tasks, such as flower arrangement and production of jams and jellies.
Gardening experts are on hand to judge the hopefuls: Royal Horticultural Society judge Jim Buttress, floral designer Jonathan Moseley and food writer Thane Prince will give their verdicts on the efforts and decide which of the teams will have to leave the competition.

Happy 25th birthday to This Morning, which celebrates its silver anniversary today (October 3).
The famous ITV daytime show's current hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby were joined by original hosts Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan for a special episode at This Morning's first home in Liverpool's Albert Docks.
To commemorate this momentous occasion, here's Digital Spy's pick of This Morning's most memorable moments.
1. Booyakasha!
Who could forget Richard Madeley's misjudged and horrendously toe-curling Ali G impersonation? He appeared on our screens completely in character, right down to the drawn-on goatee, while an awkward Judy Finnegan visibly cringed and attempted to plough on with the show.
2. Two Vaginas Lady
Well done Holly Willoughby, who was able to keep a straight face while explaining that poor Hazel Jones has a medical condition which means she has two vaginas. The discussion spanned double periods, the difficulty of inserting tampons and some very graphic camera shots.

Phillip Schofield has played down reports of a rift with his former This Morning co-host Fern Britton.
Britton will not appear on This Morning's 25th anniversary birthday show tomorrow (October 3), which will see current hosts Schofield and Holly Willoughby reunited with ex-presenters Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan.
> Phillip Schofield: 'I love that This Morning breaks taboos'
> Ali G, Viagra and testicle talk: 7 great Richard and Judy moments
It was reported that Britton hadn't been invited because of a feud between Schofield and Britton, which is alleged to have started several years ago over their differences in pay on ITV gameshow Mr and Mrs.
However, Schofield tweeted today (October 2) that the only reason Britton wouldn't be joining the This Morning celebrations was because of prior work commitments.
"Just to reiterate. The This Morning team and I would dearly love to have Fern with us in Liverpool, she was first to be invited!

The rebranding of sulky-drawers Murray got off to an unpromising start, while a timely reminder of workhouse inhumanities made powerful viewing

Andy Murray - The Man Behind the Racquet seemed to be part of the ongoing drive to reframe Murray, from number two-seeded, Us Open-winning, sulky-drawers face-ache, to someone, well, nicer, or at least more marketable.
Presented by Sue Barker in the wistful preoccupied way of a woman who finds it hard to forget how fine Jimmy Connors once looked in his tight white shorts, it wasn't entirely unconvincing. Though I'm still not persuaded that crying because you've lost a Wimbledon final means you're any "nicer" than you were before you became publicly emotionally incontinent. Nor am I convinced that...

Phillip Schofield has defended his This Morning co-host Holly Willoughby over an article questioning her presenting capabilities.
Responding to news that Willoughby has earned an estimated £10 million from her TV gigs and endorsement deals, television agent Jon Roseman wrote in the Daily Mail that she doesn't have "a single flicker of talent".
Roseman suggested that she is a "bimbo" hired as "eye-candy" so broadcasters can appeal to advertisers. He also stated that she lacks the depth shown by presenters he has represented in the past, such as Anne Diamond and Fern Britton.
"Just in case you ever wondered what was so wrong with television today, you need look no further than presenter Holly Willoughby and the news that she is on her way to amassing a £10 million fortune," Roseman wrote.
"How has she done it? Not by showing a single flicker of talent, that's for sure. Can she ask a searching question?...

The broadcaster was best known as the host of Mr and Mrs between 1964 and 1980.
He died in Blackpool's Trinity Hospice last night (February 17) after recently becoming ill on holiday in the Us.

Batey worked as a consultant and wrote some of the questions on the 2008 reboot of the show fronted by Fern Britton and Phillip Schofield.
The assistant controller of programmes for Border Television also hosted chat show Look Who's Talking between 1973 and 1985.
