Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021)

This brought me back to the 80's!

After the flopped 2016 movie I was very sceptical.

But the movie proved me wrong. This movie is a great hommage to Harold Ramos. Good acting and lots of inside ghostbuster jokes that the old school fans would love. Definitely a highly recommended film!

Amazing movie! No words, just beautiful in every way. Amazing acting and story! A must have seen movie for everybody! The story is beautiful and sad at the same time. A story that got me from the first second the movie started.

A simply beautiful movie! Very well acted and the songs were very well integrated. The movie portraits Elton's life in a way that is sometimes a bit too psychedelic which can be a bit strange sometimes. However, I loved the way the actors dealt with it. I think it is a must watch!

Great acting and very entertaining. Affleck plays a great part in this movie. Story is a nice puzzle which is exciting till the end. I highly recommend it.

Great first & second season but that last season...

Great first & second season but the last season ruined it. I mean it is great to see that Bryce is showing his side of the story and how he dealt with his struggles. But why did they shift the story to a new protagonist really bothers me. Ani is a super annoying character, has no emotional connection with anyone and thinks she is the most important person of the school. Terrible actress as well. And what is the message of the last season? That you can cover up a murder if you stand together as a group?! Just a terrible ending which does not make any sense to me. The other actors are great especially the actors that play Bryce, Clay and Justin. To bad it could have been so great if the protagonist was Bryce in the third season.

I am a big JP fan but these new Jw movies are no where near the original. The CGI is not the best and there is no story at all. The giant raptor looks fake and overdone and straight out of a horror movie. The acting was ok but it just misses the vibe. Entertaining but nothing more than that.

How is it possible that a 1993 movie has better special effects than a movie from 2015. It looks fake and the acting is terrible, the story is super predictable. The original JP was the best and was amazing. Avoid this one by all costs!

Phoenix has his best performance in this Masterpiece! he exposes the true struggle the character had in his childhood and so on. His performance deserves an oscar for sure. Also the other cast is brilliant. Great atmosphere and prologue to Batman begins from 2005. Just go see this movie it's a masterpiece!

The movie has all the ingrediënts for a great movie and the begin is very promising. But as soon as the vietnamese woman is entering the story, everything goes downhill. She must be one of the most anoying characters I have ever seen in a movie. The open ending of the movie makes it even worse. They could have done so much with this story. My advice skip this one.

This movie is way to predictable, as soon as the movie started, I already knew who the real villian was. This makes it hard to watch and it was even boring. You just wait for the end that everything will be allright. The movie entertained just a little bit, but it is pretty much a waste of time.
