Ugh, decent...
16 May 2020
The only thing I always thought was okay was making them older, even though I do believe starting at like 12 and growing older like Harry Potter is way better, I can see why they'd try to make the characters older.

I did like Logan's portrayal more here than in the second movie. I don't really care if some look different than in the books, like Annabeth, etc. What I do dislike about this movie is Luke and where some other characters didn't end up and how they changed so much about the story.

If I think about the book and watch this, honestly feel like some people would give it a 3 or 4 rating, the movie it self was decent, if you don't know too much about the books, or don't know anything or don't really mind changes.

I do not think you can really rewatch this one more than like 3 times, where the second one did better, it's just overall better. But I stay with my opinion, if they change the names of these characters and have a different intro and fit in other "creatures" instead of the Fury, etc, they could've gotten away with making it their own story instead of an adaptation of the books/novels.

After that, I'd give it a 6, but that's the max, was really going between 5 and 6, but I do think it's an enjoyable film when not really thinking about the books.

Good but bad
16 May 2020
I think if you watch the movie without thinking about the books or not knowing the books you'd find it a decent to good movie. I liked it a little more than the first one and I think it was a little more book accurate, but when you say "little" I speak about like 3% more.

I think some things are just off and I'm happy the series died and we'll get a reboot. With that sad, I do enjoy both this one and the first one, but I can't think too much about it as the Percy Jackson & The Olympians book.

While the books are so different, the movies just try to make it it's own stories inspired by the books and turn it into Harry Potter but instead of wizard we get demi-gods.

I stay thinking these movies kinda ruined Grover and Annabeth seems less interesting. Feel like Logan Lerman is a great actor, but well it's 50/50, the only ones portrayal I liked was Douglas Smith as Tyson while not thinking too much about the books.

I would've given it a 7 for the movie, but because I love the books so much I would give it like a 4 because of the effort being so low. At the end I think a 6 is a decent rating and the 5.8 is pretty accurate in this case.

Could've been better
10 March 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I liked everything about the episode, except the part that Spencer will have to face this issue with his shoulder again. I hope they make it a false alarm, because I'm sure everybody is happy to see him move to Crenshaw and play there...Definitely with Darnell who's a fan fave and Billy as the coach. Not to forget they'll make Chris a regular who people also love.

Potential
16 February 2020
It definitely has potential. The actors are decent, some episodes are average, but it has some good points. Don't get all the bad reviews that haven't even watched 2-3 episodes, it picks up after episode 2, it's not a great series, but it has potential.

Amazing
21 October 2019
The writing of the show was amazing. The acting was also very good. The start builds up slowly but beautiful, there's drama but it's very light, slowly it turns more and more to the dramatic side. The story builds these relationships up in the best way and it really explores and developes all these characters in the best way for 8 episodes. The ending is something you can be happy with, but it can definitely continue as well, in both ways you would be happy, you're left wanting more because it's so good, but you'll also won't want it to be ruined.

Every answer has a question, but not every question has an answer, remember that while you watch it.

Could've been better
17 September 2019
The cinematography, the stunt, they're both on point. There's no denying that the movie could've been 100 times better. The acting was very decent, but some lines were pretty average. There's a lot of amazing stunts, but some kept going on and on, which is sad, if it was a little less it would've been way better. The reveal of Utah as a cop was also very weak, when you see the original it tends to leave you on the end of the seat in that department. You also expect Utah to do more at the end of the movie, while that's not the case which was a big let down. The ending was very weak and probably ruined the movie for more people. Next to that, the shots were very good and the directing was very good. Personally I liked the story, but not for this type of movie. I'd rather see a sport/adventure movie in a story like this, completing 8 heists doing the most dangerous stunts, something like that. I give it a solid 6,5 though, it kept me watching.

Hunter Street: The New Friend (2018)
Season 2, Episode 6
6/10
Season 1 was great, season 2 was meh...
25 February 2018
Warning: Spoilers
In season 1 you see an amazing friendship being build between Max and Tess. Even though it was goofy, it had some fun moments, not really scary, but not exactly for kids. Daniel was probably one of the best characters, not really dumb, but not smart but he did try as much as he could to keep everyone safe and well.

Season 2 isn't as good, even though Jake and Evie aren't bad characters, they didn't fill the void of Max and Daniel who were absent in most of the episodes. Season 2 had a lot of potential with the first episode and believes to step up, but then Max left and was in only like 5 more episodes, Daniel was also absent in most episodes.

If there will be a season 3 i hope the do a 'Scream' and 'American Horror Story'. Go for a whole new story with a new cast, even though i would keep Maemae, she's the best actress of the series, and if possible, bring back the actor who played Max.

I would love to see the series in the United States, with better actors and a story that could continue. With maybe 5 teenagers in their late teens. I'm sure this won't happen, but if the main character of season 1 is absent for most episodes in season 2, it's no fun. Also the storyline of season 2 was childish, season 1 had a fun storyline that was more for the mid to late teens with some childish moments. Season 2 went downhill fast.

Amazing
30 January 2018
The first movie was one of my favorites ever, then the second and now this one. In my opinion they only get better and every movie had a emotional scene, the last one really went for it.

I loved Dylan's performances in the movies, also Thomas and Ki Hong did amazing in these movies. They're all very good actors. I hoped 'The Maze Runner' had more books so this amazing journey could go on.

It's definitely one of the best movies based on young adult books. For example 'The Hunger Games' the first movie was great, i gave up after the second one, 'Divergent' the first movie was good, i gave up after the third one, but only watched it because it was a cheap marathon and i didn't watch the second one. Then you have the 'Shadowhunters'/'City of Bones' movie that was alright, but didn't do well enough. 'The Maze Runner' really kept it's level.

Good story
22 January 2018
Was it the best film? No. But it's a fun movie, it goes more towards the teenagers, young adults but it's about a small town where everyone loses their minds and it's a fun storyline. If you're bored i definitely would watch this movie, it's not boring and it has good talented actors.

Bill is amazing, Bella is a great actress not focusing on her in the media, Cody Christian did his job, he isn't the best actor, but he's a good actor and i can see him in more roles soon.

Teen Wolf (2011–2017)

Teen Wolf
13 July 2017
Warning: Spoilers
Season 1 & 2 are amazing seasons, more humor, more teen drama & less horror. Season 3A & 3B are both different genres from season 1 & 2. Darker, more action, definitely more action, less humor, but still humor. Season 4 might come close to season 1 but a little bit less humor, less drama, less of all, but still good. Season 5A doesn't come close to what Teen Wolf did before, but it worked out (for me). More drama, darker, not as dark as season 3B, but dark. Season 5B was like a monster movie (Jeff Davis quoted). It's true, it was. Darker than season 5A. Less action than season 3A & 3B. Less humor than any season before. But more realistic in my opinion. Season 6A was like a ghost story (Jeff Davis quoted). He did great, it's definitely one of my favourite seasons. It didn't have the humor like it had before, but more than season 5. Darker than season 5, close to season 3B. More adventure than any season before in my opinion. Season 6B hasn't been released, but it's definitely going to be a favourite, all the character than left before return, or at least a lot of them, it looks darker than any season, more mature, it's also the end.

For me, it gets a 10/10 because it grew up. Season 1 & 2 is like a teen drama & comedy TV show with romance, action & fantasy in the background. Season 3A grew up to be more of an action & fantasy show with romance, teen drama & comedy in the background. Season 3B is more of an action, thriller & fantasy show with romance & comedy in the background. Season 4 went back a little, going to more of an adventure & drama show with action, fantasy & romance in the background. Season 5A is more of a drama show, it had action, romance, crime, fantasy, thriller & a little comedy in the background. Season 5B is more of a horror show, with fantasy, comedy, romance & action in the background. Season 6A is more of a horror, fantasy & adventure show with a little comedy, little romance & some action in the background. Season 6B will totally be a horror, action, thriller & fantasy show with all the rest in the background.
