Enemy Lines (2020)
Good, but some things let it down.
I enjoyed this film. I was, on the whole, well made with excellent props. Somethings, though, really let it down. At the first camp there was a willis Jeap with twin Lewis guns, very obvious. The worst mistake was the RAF guy. Pilots wings and SAC tabs, a big no. Additionally, the C47 door is on the left, not the right and the interior was completely different. The script was well throughout and progressed nicely. I'm unsure if and british under cover operatives were ever ordered to kill everyone in a village. I know that the germans did this. A bit more care and attention to detail would make these films a lot more watchable. On the whole, well done.
Lancaster Skies (2019)
Waste of an hour and a half.
While it was produced on a low budget, and it dedicates itself to RAF Bomber Command, it is still not worth while watching in my opinion.
The aircraft fuselage is so obviously wood, you can still see the grain in many places. The worse thing for me was the amount of RAF procedures that they got wrong. All ranks mingling together and officers saluting Sergeants. Attention to detail was severly lacking.
Casualty: Episode #35.1 (2021)
Heart warming
I don't know if that is the correct rittle for this comment vut this episode gives you a realistic look into what the NHS has had to go through during the pandemic.
I think that this will become a classic in our time.
Very well done to the writers, actors and crew.
Dauntless: The Battle of Midway (2019)
Waste of time
I love historical was film. The acting is hreat and the graphics are superb. It really had the makings of a great film. Unfortunately several major things let them down. Midway is barely touched, the continuity is dreadful, it lacks a decent story. And numerious other things. It is all such a shame as the production was all there.
D-Day (2019)
Cheap
Any war film based on real events, especially something like D Day, should be correctly made. This film has poor animation and i don't think that they employed a millitary consultant. Within the first five minutes there were hundreds of mistakes.
SEAL Team: Say Again Your Last (2018)
Emotional roller coaster
I love this program. They show the seal team as powerful enforces but this episode show the humans behind the Seals. I blubbered like a baby all of the way through. Excellent acting by all and brilliant production.
