Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022)

When you discover the concept of meta verse and find that you can access memories, feelings and abilities of other selves. When everything in life goes wrong with her business, husband, son and father the actress still gets pressure from the IRS for suspected fraud.

The multiverse concept doesn't look for logic, the film defies the normal of a film with a beginning middle and end, without any restriction on what can or cannot be explored with the most diverse action scenes where you go from one to a completely different one. Which makes for a rewarding experience.

All in all, it is not just a fiction or a comedy because it goes through different genres and leaves its mark on each.

Hustle (2022)

When a scout finds a player with potential.

You don't have to be a basketball fan to like this movie, I'm not myself and I really enjoyed it. If the film were to get to know the scout's life better and his relationship with the game and with the club's management, the film ends up not focusing excessively on the sports part, which is good, even so when they appear they are spectacular once they are made by professionals instead of actors which makes them very interesting. Like any film of its kind, the film follows the tradition of overcoming the player until he reaches stardom, involving his temperamental difficulties and a lot of training to be able to enter the NBA.

Uncharted (2022)

Typical treasure hunt movie

It starts with the development of the relationship of the two main characters, where the relationship matures after both are involved in various adventures they go through in order to find the treasure. The film focuses too often on mistrust between the protagonists and ends up sloppy in the treasure hunt itself, the difficulties they encounter are also very unchallenging and the place where the treasure is is hardly credible, the secondary characters aren't very interesting, not making the viewer excited when they appear to make life difficult for the main characters.

House of Gucci (2021)

A lot of content for a little movie time

It is an easy film to watch, however the script deserved more film time, since there are so many events to be told, there are some important things that get lost, the film starts by putting the relationship of the protagonists in the foreground, then, the focus changes and the film turns more to Gucci, about the changes and modernization of the brand, the problems of the family etc. The end also deserved a scene with more impact, considering what it happened.

Don't Look Up (2021)

A good satire with some good points.

This film deals with an almost certain catastrophe that will hit planet Earth, involving satire with the government, press and powerful people and, of course, social networks.

The film trivializes the speech of human stupidity too much, ranging from the general population to the US president. A satire that can be done to the screenwriter is that this film is not thought of on a global scale, it makes it seem that countries would not join together to try to solve this problem and the world would depend only on the USA and the stupidity of its rulers.

Although it shows us how easy the dissemination of conspiracy theories is, it does not show its opposite, as if it were normal to also trust everything that is told to us by the media, government, etc. In this case they were the "bad guys" but in the world we live in it almost seems like nothing can be questioned without the person being labeled right away.

No Time to Die (2021)

Personal and world problems

Bond comes to this movie very mature. For him, protecting himself is very easy (or maybe not), it's the film that addresses the most personal part of the actor, which makes us sympathize with other characters as well, both because the franchise made us sympathize with them and because they are important to the Bond. The time that the film has, is not noticeable, despite not being the film with the most action in the saga, it continues to have suspance. The film always makes us feel that it is the last, it makes us realize that it is something more decisive than the others. The script, despite being very well interconnected, sometimes makes us think that we are playing different missions throughout the film, he fights against so many people that the main villain doesn't have much presence.

Wrath of Man (2021)

Someone messed with the wrong person

A good action movie that entertains whoever is watching. The typical movie where someone messes with the wrong person and then pays the consequences, a film that makes the viewer want to know what is going to happen, but a little predictable and for that reason I don't give 9 stars.

Cruella (2021)

Stunning movie

An irreverent child who loses her mother at an early age to murder, later discovers that whoever killed her is the person she works for and is actually his real mother wich explains a lot about her personality. With some plot twists.

A good script, the fact that we never really know what we are dealing with on a daily basis and the people we may meet on a daily basis. Good action movie, good lead actor in both modes (family man and someone who has worked with very dangerous people)

The Tomorrow War (2021)

Great overall

It has a good story and can entertain the viewer. It's not perfect, some ideas are stupid like continuing to take people into the future knowing they were all dying and not thinking of anything better. The way to solve the problem was also very simple and the way to get there too... I still advise you to watch.
