The Perfect Film
21 August 2013
This is the perfect movie.

Everything, from the script to the actors and the setting, screams quality.

The script is the tightest I've ever seen; not a word is wasted, and entire stretches of dialog are quotable more than 50 years later.

I enjoy each actor that shows up on the screen, from Humphrey Bogart as the nightclub owner Rick to Peter Lorre doing his best as a local lowlife.

The music, provided by Dooley Wilson, is memorable even today. For many films of that era, the songs lasted about as long as the next movie in the theater, so this is quite an accomplishment.

Overall, this is the best movie I've ever seen.
