Repetitive

The series is getting boring with more of the same: stalking and murders, we know the story already. I couldn't wait for it to end. It desperately needs a revamping!

This movie has suspense and mystery, even more that a thriller plus, it's so beautiful to watch and the music is marvellous and on point! I have watched it several times since a and I can never get enough, it sends chills through my spine at how bizarre the whole atmosphere is.

Dune (2021)

It's very distracting when you have read the book and you can't help yourself but to compare every scene on the movie nevertheless, I think the movie was well written and the visual art is amazing. I would have liked to see more of Momoa and Zendaya but I guess there was too much content to approach.

So engaging and well written! I love the music and the intensity of the scenes, the characters' arcs are so well developed, it's genius! It's not meant for the simple-minded, the show is savage and sophisticated, watch it with an open mind!

If you need a show that feels like mommas's chicken noodle soup, watch this show, it's funny, endearing and positive, something you don't see every day in a show plus, the dialogues and jokes are genius! I think it's becoming my comfort series!

I May Destroy You (2020)

Total eye opener!

It got very real and very scary quite quickly! As a girl who likes to go out, it made me feel really self-conscious at what can happen to women at night. Watch this and be careful next time you go out! The show is colourful and real and the characters are very relatable, very intense at times but needed to tell the characters' stories.

Maid (2021)

The story was so heartfelt and raw, it takes you to very obscure parts of the character and really makes you feel what depression and abuse is. Sometimes I got frustrated at how nothing worked out for her, but I guess stories cannot always be fairy tales.

Boring story, terrible acting. The characters are so flat that I couldn't get passed episode 4, the story is non-engaging and painfully slow, how it got a 7 star rating is beyond me.

The beginning of the plot was so interesting and mysterious, thought some really crazy twist would happen but the reality was that the ending was so flat and corny that made it really boring, it wasn't mysterious at all. The series was very repetitive and not much happened that was worth the while.

The story was good but was it really necessary to have every character have a long, boring monologue? I don't think so.. the story could have been told in 4 episodes at most, great acting though :/

I was appalled to read the reviews and realise how low the audience thinks of this show. I have read the comics and seen the movie and I love how the new versions goes beyond that. I am totally hooked to each and every episode. I like to rewatch it and dissect it into all its references and Easter eggs. I totally recommend it and hope its score on IMDb goes beyond the watchers' first impressions.
