Great writing and very promising!! Also very fresh with its comedic approach! Vanessa Bayer and Molly Shannon are just so brilliant. Excited to see where this goes!

Whenever a book which was widely beloved is adapted into a cinematic form there's always a hesitation on whether it will be successful- people compare it to the book, don't agree with the casting etc etc. but let me tell you, we're only four episodes in and I am ecstatic! The way Jean Marc Vallee (director of big little lies) has directed sharp object is masterful. The soundless memories, the palmetto bugs hissing, the subtle looks, the breathing. Everything this man has done with this already incredible piece of art has only magnified my love for this story. Not to mention the all star cast that has dove head first into each other their characters. Amy Adams tackles Camille with such strength and vulnerability and reveals all her complexities that only the seasoned actress like herself could. I smell an Emmy sweep for this series. A++
