Mastaney (2023)

Starts well but then poops out

I had super high exceptions from this movie. The historical aspect and talented star cast had my hopes very high. Most of the reviewers gave it 10 rating. Anyways I started watching it. The beginning is super amazing. Then the director lost control on the movie. As soon as the Qalandar character enters, the movie starts becoming a chewing gum. The actors are dressed up like clowns. Worst one is the stolen one for Tarsem Jassar from Pirates of the carribean. Such fake accent. Why is Simi Chahal casted for this movie? Why was she given any dialogues?

I would give 10 points for the effort. The younger generations should know our proud history.

Execution and acting could have been much better. Tarsem Jassar's worst acting so far. Simi Chahal should be banned from acting. Background score tries to engage but seems to clichéd Cinematography is very good. Make up is stupid in many scenes. Fake beards are too obvious.

Most of the people gave it good rating for obvious reasons but analytically speaking "if you watched the trailer, you have pretty much watched the whole movie "

This is a complete disaster. How can someone make such imbecilic nonsense. Theres no acting, directing, plot.

It's super cheap slapstick comedy. Not sure how it has 7.2 rating. It deserves -10 rating. All these actors should be banned from acting. Sameep Kang needs to stop direction. Jaswinder Bhalla and Gughi Bai need to retire respectfully. Karmjit Anmol is no longer anmol.

What was Sonam Bajwas role? She was just dancing on stupid songs.

Please guys, people go watch movies sparing time and spending their hard earned money. Please make movies better than kindergarten students making their videos.

Also request to people who put fake reviews to increase the rating on IMDB. Why can't you be honest?

Sohreyan Da Pind Aa Gaya (2022)

Not sure what's wrong with Punjabi cinema these days. They are making movies that are pure garbage. Idiotic stories, horrible acting, poor direction.

This movie is just simple garbage. The story and acting is cringe worthy. Sargon Mehta is so obnoxious, her voice is so irritating. Her acting remains the same if she is doing sad or comic role. She cries and laugh in same way, sometimes becomes difficult to figure out.

Gurnam Bhullar should retire from acting.

This movie is so dumb, Mr Chaudhary used to direct good movies but not sure what's wrong with him these days.

I guess people have realized that no matter what junk they produce, people will watch it and will still make money. I couldnt tolerate this movie for more than 45 minutes and had to take a Tylenol for headache.

Garbage

Absolute headache and waste of time and money. Gippi used to be a good actor who USED to make nice funny movies. Then somehow he started having superstar illusion and started making garbage movies. All of his recent movies are below mediocre.

This one is not any exception. Nonsense story, mediocre acting. Horrible background score, Kermit Animal tried his best to save this movie but even his good acting couldn't save the headache this movie gave. The director was lost and couldn't bring better. Concept is good and if executed nicely could have become a masterpiece. But Gippi bai is too consumed with his ego and forgot acting.....oh sorry he never knew acting but does good comic roles.

Save ur time, money and avoid this headache.

Attack (2022)

Utter Garbage... attack on your senses

I was becoming John fan......almost until he made Satyamev Jayate 2. I let that movie before intermission. I had high hopes from Attack but oh man, this is such rubbish. This put saytamev Jayate 2 to shame. Mixture of Universal soldier and iron man done in horrible way. Stupid Bollywood, at least learn to copy well. I am shocked how people are giving such high rating to this trash.

Storyline: if you make some kindergarten kid watch few Hollywood movies and ask them to write a story,.... the result would be Attack.

Music: huh....what music????

Screenplay: actors struggle to fit in their roles Direction: oh well, lights, camera , action and do whatever you wanna do.

Action: Much better than sooryavanshi lol. Although abysmal.

So bottomline, if you are looking for some good action flick, please save your money. Watch it on YouTube or something and donate the money you were going to waste at PVR to some beggar at least he ll give blessings.

John sir, you have the potential and people love you but stop following Salman Khans footsteps. Please.

'83 (2021)

Disaster at every level

Had high hopes from this movie. Not a big fan of ranveer as he doesn't know how to act and can ruin anything. I was right, his acting was abysmal.

On one hand is Chakk De India and one hand this crap.

Despite having such a good plot and hype, somehow the director couldn't make it a sports movie.

The movie has its moments but the fluidity is missing. Tried to tolerate this headache for appx 58 minutes and then I gave up. No idea how people tolerated spending money going to theater, I couldn't even finish on Netflix.

I have no idea how people liked it. I guess taste.

People who loved it , I m suggesting to watch " million dollar arm" .....thats how a sports movie is done.

I cannot believe how this movie was released. This is an absolute disaster with horrible acting, direction, dialogs. And the overall content and storyline seems to be written by a kindergarten student. They are portraying old Punjab Only in aesthetics but not in culture. There was a lot of respect for females and what they are saying in this movie is not even remotely possible. Next line could not understand if Gippy is portraying a mentally retarded person or just a pervert. Every dialogue is absolute cringe worthy.

I have no idea how people are giving it more than zero rating. Apparently those are fake reviews mostly by close friends or people from production team itself Recently Punjabi cinema has produced excellent movies like warning and Panchhi but this movie completely crashed the standards to ground.

Absolute disaster of a movie. Don't even bother to watch it if somebody pays you. Such a double meaning dialogs and gestures that it becomes embarrassing. Where is censor board ...... oh I forgot that censor Board people can be bribed easily.

Director has awesome power of turning millions into ash

So this movie is about super powers and I realized that the most important person missing is the director ... he has amazing power of turning millions into ash .... How can someone waste so much money, cast famous faces and have such a good plot and ruin it altogether????

Every character was trying to find a place and seemed confused about it... Aliens with super powers and are missing the most important thing .... Common sense !!!!

And when they do bull crap ... they start chanting to each other ... oh you are an eternal or I m an eternal ..... The movie hardly has any enjoyable moments .... The story has poor continuity ..... not sure what was the purpose of Indian dudes in the movie .... They were completely not blending with the rest of the crew ....the Bollywood they showed in movie is from 1960s .... Present day Bollywood stars are way more handsome than Hollywood heroes.... This is an absolute lost project ... director should be banned from making movies Don't waste your time or money and watch some dog videos on YouTube ... you lll be eternally more entertained than this useless crap.

Oh my Gosh, what's priyadarshan smoking these days. You tubers can make better movie than this headache.

Random scenes without any continuity. I am not a history buff but I m sure this can not be historical.

I liked Mohanlal in Drishyam, I thought he is a reasonable actor but in this movie he is out of place.

A fat guy playing an active pirate and swordsman.....really!!!!

And how did this movie won awards? That shows how the judges can be bribed.

The movie is playing in background and I m typing this review. HEADACHE.... not sure how people gave it any stars, I wanted to give it minus 10.

Completely ruined by poor direction and absolutely horrendous acting. So technically it's a good story depicting the struggles of international students. Manni students are coming to Canada and I have to undergo extreme struggles. Majority of the people sitting in India think that it's easy to get adjusted and western countries but it is very difficult. The movie starts decently but as it advances it keeps going downhill. The director completely lost a grip on the movie. Lead actor has zero facial expressions and even in desperate situations he has mask like face gear into three scenes they keep showing the same thing that they're homeless and certainly he has his own construction company. No proper transition.

I'm sorry I'm being too critical but I definitely believe that a very good plot got ruined by poor direction and poor acting.

Akshay needs to be banned from making movies

So most of the actors hone their skills with Time. Ajay Devgun, Saif Ali are good examples but 2 people didnt learn anything during all these years in Bollywood. Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan. Aki has been actually getting worse with every movie. He has identity crisis. He came as an action hero then he tried romantic arena and then comedy. In all these transitions , he actually lost his identity. Now even if he is doing action, it seems funny. Man you are not Jackie chan so stop trying.

His emotional scenes become funny due to his idiotic facial expressions and annoying voice.

In this movie, his arms are like skeletons and he is throwing people left and right.

Rohit shettys movies are not meant to be watched in your full senses .. just keep your rational skills in the fridge while watching his movies but man there is a limit to everything. Dont put too much spice in the dish that it actually loses its original flavor.

Akshay completely disappoints in this movie and it made me promise myself not to watch his movies in future. Horrendous.

I watch Johns movies as he is Indian Dwayne Johnson. Obviously his movies are not intellectually tickling but at least give good macho feeling.

I was waiting eagerly for this movie. Started with high expectations, good effort on his physique. After about 20 minutes I started to realize that John might have had drinks with Salman Khan as he started doing monkey acting. I still swallowed it and kept going. Every minute was cringeworthy but hey I still wanted to give him a chance. Kept going for some time and when the flashback starts, that was the final nail in the coffin.

Ok spoiler alert Daddy azad was a farmer in a dhoti, when did he get time to make body.

The mom was in so called coma for 25 years but her hair were always well done and fresh sarees, what about the gown to help facilitate urine and stuff. Somehow she gets up and starts walking after 25 years....... what happened to deconditioning lol why do kids have to look exactly like father? They are identical twins but one has to use eyeglasses lol the background score changes abruptly without seamless transition.

John , I respect you as a human being. Being vegetarian , its difficult to have that physique. Hats off to you for no animal cruelty. Bro, you have a lot of potential so please dont waste on BS movies like this. You look awesome as action hero and its ok if you dont smile. You have a very cheesy and fake smile and just stick to serious role.

Salman Khan should be banned

Salman khan should be banned from Bollywood. Oh forgot its his own production otherwise only an imbecile will produce this movie. He never knew how to act but his good looks and monkey acting still lured many movie lovers. I watched Jai Bhim before I started watching this atrocity named Antim, what a disgrace.

Jai Bhim raised the Level so much and Suriya acted so well in that movie and then Sallu bhai just crashed that level into the underworld. Being an actor for ages, may be he should learn to do a little bit of acting.

I apologize but can't write much as the movie was just horrible and I couldn't tolerate it for more than 20 minutes.

There are much better movies out there, I have made a rule not to watch Movies by Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Shroff guy. Sorry dont even remember his name if you guys have not watched Jai Bhim, Drishayam 2 , Ludo... please watch em. I am from Punjab but still watched Drishyam 2 in Malayalam with English sub T lol.

Not sure what was the point of the movie. Can't say it was childish as even kindergarten kids behave better. Can't say it portrays Punjabi culture as it does not. Binnu is a wonderful actor and should have chosen a better picture with some Story line.

Dont waste your time or money on this headache.

This Movie is such a waste of time and talent. The movie starts with a bang but then its all smoke. Prinyanka's character is trying to find herself. She is not sure what to do....If you are expecting Singham style Cop then this movie is definitely going to disappoint you. the sound tracks are horrible and just start playing without any reason. You have to take Motrin before you start watching this movie as it will make your head hurt. Mr Jha please don't disappoint your fans. Priyanka stay in charming roles only. Sukhwinder please don't waste your talent singing stupid songs.

I am not sure how this movie got 6.7 rating on IMDb. I was not expecting much from Seth Rogen but some mediocre time pass. I started to watch this movie, the beginning was completely boring so I thought it might get better. I was really hoping that once the fraternity moves in then it might become somewhat interesting.....but all my hopes crashed.... this movie is such a waste of time.... poor script, poor acting, mediocre direction........overall absolute disaster of a comedy movie. I didn't even giggle during the whole movie.......I think some horror movies have better funny scenes than bad neighbors........ Seth, please change the name from BAD NEIGHBORS to BAD BAD MOVIE.....

I have been waiting for some good action flick from the bollywood hulk.... started watching kick.......20 mins into the movie and I am still trying to convince that it will get better.....but all my hopes flushed down toilet... I am still trying to figure why did they heroine for this movie.... she did poor acting. no contribution to story line. Salman khan tries to overact.......he was never a good actor but still tolerable cuz of his action flicks but this was the heights of his stupid acting. when you start watching movie, you ll have many moments of Deja Vu...... storyline stolen from so many hit movies. Songs are poorly done, poor lyrics..........nothing good about this movie....... Please ignore whoever is saying this is a good movie, they are trying to make a fool out of you as they have already wasted their time and money watching this non-sense and want you to do the same as well.

I thought that scope of bulls**it is confined to Bollywood only. I am not a big fan of Zombie movies anyways...... I guess they are super simple to make...No thought process involved. Just make a lot of people with weird make up just run here and there and then the hero keeps running away from them.... SImple idea with may be 2 brain cells involved. I am a fan of Brad though. He has done wonderful movies. I was still skepitcal to watch this movie and then i read awesome reviews on IMDb. I decided to watch this movie. 15 minutes into this movie... and I was mentally exhausted. Same zombie nonsense...... I kept my cool and was persistent, hoping something better from Brad..... 20 mins, 25mins and 30 mins was the limit I could tolerate this movie. I have no idea what happens after 30 mins, may be it turns out good but i didn't had the patience to watch this nonsense for any longer. Totally disappointing story line....even Brad's acting skills couldn't keep this movie alive..... If you are expecting a Brad to do deliver good performance in the movie then I guess this movie is going to disappoint you big time. No story, no direction.... Just random shots ........... I would not recommend watching this movie......

I am a fan of Jazzy B. i guess everybody is...well Gippi also makes good movies. I started with good vibes but in 5 mins I realized that this is going to be a crappy movie. Apparently this movie is shot in Canada, and everybody is talking simple punjabi........ background is also punjabi...... I don't know why they have to pretend that its shot in Canada. Gippi- somehow i think he acts completely natural.....simple desi boy type acting.... Jazzy B- he did work on his physique, but some how he doesn't fit into action hero category. but as a debut, he did OK. I don't know the names of the girls---- all were horrible actresses...... Story line-----absolute nonsense Music------unnecessary loud music. Dialogue delivery------ Poor Overall I wont recommend watching this movie. its one of another crappy movies that come everyday........No quality. no story ....just a lot of bs........... Gippi yaar please make something good...........

I started watching this movie after reading 5.6 rating on IMDb... i trusted or i should say distrusted the feedback given by 2 other viewers... how stupid of me.... Anyways, this movie is not even a time pass...... it will make your brain rot for the time you are watching this movie........ Storyline: So Pooja is supposed to be in Bombay where everybody is speaking punjabi???????? wow...... i can not give you any synopsis on the story as there is no story line.... Just bunch of idiots talking nonsense

Acting: THe acting from everybody is so much superficial.... The make up is disaster. Dialogue delivery is terrible. The lead actor delivers dialogues like he is reciting a rhyme to his nursery teacher.

Direction: I would appreciate directors convincing power to the producer to direct such junk........

Bottom line::::: DO NOT WATCH THIS NONSENSE

Nothing colorful about this film

Jimmy Sheirgill is somewhat refined and experienced actor. Mostly he does crappy movies either Hindi or punjabi, but recently had few good punjabi movies. So In hope for a decent punjabi flick from Jimmy, i decided to watch this movie. 10 mins into this movie and I started becoming restless, but i thought lets give it some time........20 mins into this movie and it is becoming more painful to watch it. Such a superficial acting from everybody. But the queen Neha Dhupia did the worst acting..... thats why she is the queen of this movie. I don't think she knows how to act anyways, but this one movie, she did the worst. I cant comment about the story as there is no story. Just 3 idiot type friends trying to make people laugh. Then comes comedy from Jaswinder Bhalla..... nothing fresh, just his old style... Seems like punjabi producers and directors have started to shoot just actors and let them do what they want..... So many punjabi movies coming every week......and somehow all of them make good profit. WHen somebody can make profit without putting much of effort into story, direction, screenplay etc etc, why not do it....... Finally after 40 minutes of torture, I decided to turn it off.............and my mind, eyes and ears felt like so much pressure has been taken off........;-)

Its a good attempt from Punjabi Cinema on lines of Bollywood............. Bollywood has minted a lot of money from India-Pakistan politics based movies..... SO Punjabi directors thought why not use the same old idea to mint money.... Punjab has seen very times. Post operation bluestar was the worst time for Punjab. I have lived those times. People were scared to go out of their homes. Everyday non sikhs were pulled out of the buses and killed. I myself am a Sikh and have done a lot of research on Violence and Sikhism. None of the Gurus promoted Violence. But some idiotic people bring Guru Gobind Singh's name to emotionally blackmail average IQ people. Religion is one thing that very easy to manipulate in common mob. Few of the power hungry people manipulate normal mob's emotions. They get their power and money but the mob suffers. During all this terrorism movement , it was the common mob that suffered. Even this movie depicts that, although it failed to depict that a lot of non sikhs suffered a lot during this. Overall I am just giving this movie 2/10, just because we need to let heal of our old wounds rather than keeping them bleeding........... I don't know what other people saw in this movie and they kept giving EXCEPTIONAL to this movie. To me it was just half reality portrayed, And Jazzy B song, comparing Guru Gobind SIngh with low life terrorists, is absolutely blasphemous. Its Just like people getting message out from GITA to kill people and Jehad justifying killing as well......... I guess people think what they want to think.............

Go Goa Gone (2013)

Another piece of garbage from BOLLYWOOD.........I have no idea how other people are writing that acting is good. Its just a nonsense movie with bunch of people acting stupid....... Saif is the producer of the movie...... Recently he has done few good movies but this one is totally disappointing......He is pretending to be Russian mafia boss in this movie.... Looks like a joker with red leather jacket , golden hair and nonsense kids jargon....... I couldn't even tolerate 20 minutes into this movie......... all my brain cells got fried...... and I myself felt like a zombie......There is absolutely no comedy. High school project movies are better than this movie. The background score tries to make the scenes more exciting but when there is no strength in the screen play then how can background music make it better............ The story line is absolutely without any story actually. I am just writing this review to caution you not to waste your hard earned money and precious time going to the movie theater. I did get one message from the movie thought.....Don't USE DRUGS................but you don't have to fry your neurons by watching this movie............

BOLLYWOOD DOES IT AGAIN.......... another piece of crap. I have no idea what the Indian directors think when they make this kind of movie. I am trying to find any positive word for this movie, but seems like I don't have any. Unbelievably stupid non sense, no story, well it says based on true story but I couldn't find any story in the movie. guns and shooting here and there, then nonsense sex scenes and then when you feel you can take a break, somehow a song comes out of nowhere. don't waste time and money just sleep for sometime, you will save money as well as your brain cells Whens our bollywood directors going to make something productive and entertaining. I cant believe this movie got 6 rating.

Bollywood movies are usually bullshit.... Nowadays the directors tell the actors to do whatever and then they shoot it. Its like bunch of idiots shooting a school drama..... No story, no dialogues, no sense whatsoever....... This movie is definitely no exception. I am Sardar and am Proud to be, but this movie is mockery of sardars. I cant believe Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgun and Salman Khan would do this crap. I watched this movie for about 10 mins and it was enough to drive me insane. Couldn't make it to 15mins and I had to shut the movie off........ ABSOLUTE DISASTER..... Don't waste any time.
