Simply the best spy series ever

If you want a serious, in-depth and detailed series on how apying works, well-documented and with some of the best acting I have seen in many years, check it out. It starts with a spy from the DGSE, but during the series you will see other agencies involved in the plot: CIA, KGB, Mossad and others.

It's one of my favorite all-time series, and a clear proof that Europe can do series not only as good but even clearly better than the best products from USA. It's a pity that it hasn't received the exposure and recognition that it deserves.

As a good spy series, it's not a really happy one, but it's definitely worth watching it.

Butterfly (1999)

Democracy was alive, it was killed by fascism

This feeling was really beautiful, it even made me cry. I didn't expect the end scene to be so heart breaking. Best movie I have ever seen on our civil war. There are already many, but this explored emotions like no other, and it certainly brought the popular side of our democratic Republic very well.

Just a clarification, since some comments get history absolutely wrong: when the African faction of the army, leaded by Franco, attempted the coup d'etat, the parties in power were Izquierda Republicana and Unión Republicana. Two centre-left republican parties that had nothing to do with communism, so that as excuse for the coup d'etat was a lie.

The ones who say that democracy was dead in Spain are just buying the fascist falacies and excuses for war.

The Little Switzerland (2019)

Funny comedy

As a Spaniard living in Switzerland I really enjoyed the depiction of the Swiss Germans, with the Schlager music, the Swiss pipes and traditions, even trying to speak switzerdutsch! And all of that in a funny way
