Oppenheimer (I) (2023)

The suspence and mental struggles come out on screen.
22 July 2023
Absolutely brilliant portrayal of, well, everything. The powerful mental battles are the best ever place on screen. The music adds to this experience in a way that has never hit you this hard. And I mean HIT. Physical sound is incredible. Any movies that makes your smart watch tell you to calm down it's worth watching.

The sex scenes actually add to the movie but they are not sensual.

Try and see this on the largest screen possible. With the loudest sound you can get.

The time goes past very fast. It is not a burden. It really does not feel that long. Have a large drink nearby and make sure you empty your bladder.

So weird, but kinda OK, but also weird

I can't say I enjoyed the movie but it was intriguing. The acting was quite amazing and very subtle. Black Comedy is a way to describe it.

Legacies: This Is the Part Where You Run (2018)

Cool, fun and a bit chopped up.
26 October 2018
I love the trend in which the series is going. The cuts and scenes seem chopped and does not flow well. The main Character is well formed. All the other characters feels a little forced into their respective roles.

That Empowering Whisper

I would even have given it a different title. The best, most inspiring episode of Handmaid's Tale.

One of the best episodes this series has had. As dark as it gets but still perfectly shot. The shots and positioning of the characters was just amazing. This is how you film...

Exactly what you want from a Tomb Raider Movie.
24 March 2018
On the edge of my seat with chuckle or three I sat in the IMAX glued to the action. Alicia Vikander does a perfect job and slips into the Tomb Raider as if she's always done it. When Tomb Raider uses her wits and brains to get her our of situations in stead of lame fights and shooting cool guns you get such a better movie than all the previous Tomb Raiders.

I cringe en this Movie in mentioned
24 March 2018
What an amazing soundtrack? And that's about that. The rest of the movie is a mix dodging my friend cringing next to me. It was awful to watch. Against all my better judgement I was able to finish this movie. With me living in a country with horrible things happening everyday to so many people this portrays that in a romanticized and dramatized fashion. Nothing happening in this movie is romantic or drama.

Recipe Entertainment

Grey's Spin off. Its it own show. and it comes with some entertaining moments. As with all the latest Med, PD, and Fire dramas it comes with some slightly unrealistic scenes and ideas. But if we want true realism we would not be watching TV right?

Our loved characters make their appearance and the default entertainment follows.

Enjoyable entertainment to relax with a Wine in hand
24 March 2018
As Grey's spin offs go, this does have a better and closer to home feel. The action is there. The romance is there and offcourse you can expect some love triangles.

Story is forming well. I've got good hopes that it will grow into good entertainment. With a wine or beer in hand the evening will not be wasted. It is shot a bit different from other Grey's spin offs but this is it's own show through and through and gives a new feel.

Lady Bird (2017)

Mother. Daughter. Fight. Make up. Perfect Portrayal.
22 January 2018
Warning: Spoilers
At some point the portrayal of the Mother Daughter relationship was so real that I saw my own mother and sister fight their fight like yesterday. The portrayals of a teen growing up and getting to terms with the world are done so well that you feel for every character from start to finish.

The story grips you and shakes you around with some strange emotions you kinda wished you didn't have. Saoirse Ronan is excellent and gripping. Her emotions flows so smoothly that even Lady Birds sexual experience and acceptance of it is so realistic and almost under-dramatized. This is exactly what makes the film so great.

I just cannot get enough! Amazing. Exceptional Acting.
22 January 2018
Wow. Just. Wow.

This show. Freddie Highmore is excellent. Acting of this quality is very very rare. There will be Emmys. This show provides such tension. You almost sit at the edge of your seat for every episode. It's unpredictable and sensational with just enough of that old "Dr. House" Greatness to not spoil the scenes with cliches. The writing is exemplary.

I will not miss one episode. This is box set buying material. I want it on my shelf.

Excellent pace. Its got potential
22 January 2018
I've really enjoyed the Pilot of the Resident. Although there are some stereotypes here you do get a quick lovely pace and storytelling happens fast. If I haven't met people and co-workers that fit these stereotypes I wouldn't have liked it. Easy and casual series.

A good sit back relax and watch show with great potential. If the writers keep this up and let the characters grow I think we will have some great TV to come.

The most... in all regards.
21 June 2015
I would simply regard this movie as the most enjoyable, re-watch- able, satisfying yet not without its own sadness movie of all time.

The small hints to philosophies and subtle humour is what makes it great every time you watch it.

This is a movie that everyone has to see. We in life deal with our own struggles and unfairness. While here we get the amazing effect that justice does happen with enough perseverance.

Freedom is a fundamental right to all people and atonement is to be found for crimes committed. There comes a point in all prisoners lives where they are truly sorry for their crimes. This is not the main line of this movie but the idea comes across very well. truth will come out and you may find a time where there will be honourable people listening to what we have to say, even if that honour comes out after a sentence is served.

Highly recommended for all ages. Any person can learn something from this.
