An episode full of paperwork and administration, watching people read, boring, beige, tons of dull monotone dialogue about very boring stuff nobody cares about, almost no action. Just so boring.

...that Tom Hanks agreed to do a movie with Emma Watson.
Lots of things to like on paper; good cast, slick aesthetic, and the plot is basically 'Black Mirror: The Movie', but EW is unwatchable and I can't understand how she'd get cast in the role of a generic young American woman when she struggles even with the accent.
Decent concept, unfortunately it's pretty boring though.

Decent opening sequence then loads of loooong, sloooow sequences full of nothingness.
A loser woman tried to befriend a cool woman.
Wonder Woman busts a calamitous jewellery heist in a mall.
An old man dressed up in 80's clothes.
The old man drives a taxi into a tank and the tank comes off worse.
15 minute montage of WW learning to fly.
A Golden Robot with wings that protected an ancient warrior against "the world" turns up and has a fight with a character from CATS... and the wings break within 2 minutes.
WW can't use her truth-whip because it's too windy.
DC getting it wrong again. Give this one a dodge.

There is no plot. That's agreed by all.
The film is ridiculously long and that's made to feel even longer by how slow it is.
If you cut out the 30 mins of screen time dedicate solely to Brad Pitt driving around LA, the 25 mins dedicated solely to Tarantino's creepy (not 'genius') dirty foot fetish, and the 15 mins dedicated solely to watching other people watch TV, you'd have a more palatable runtime and keep people interested.
Honestly don't know what Margot Robbie was in the film for. She... 1. Had a scene where she danced. 2. Had a scene where she walked. 3. Went to the cinema. 4. Got pregnant. Literally nothing more.
After 2 hours 30 it decided to be a gratuitously gory home-invasion movie that was totally unrelated to the previous 2 hours and 30 mins.
People say 'genius' when they talk about Tarantino but I don't see anything genius at all, this was definitely his worst film so far. His hard-on for women's feet is gross. It's not him being an 'auteur' it's him having a fetish and a big budget.

Having read some of the awful reviews, I expected it to be much worse than it was. It was funny!
Venom's dialogue was really funny, the action was alright (and by that I mean slightly less OTT than the usual Marvel fight sequences in which whole cities are destroyed), and the tempo kept it sufficiently interesting throughout.
Decent film if you're looking for an easy-to-watch action film.

Not only is this movie an epic telling of life in the trenches, but it's also one of the most stunningly accurate depictions of war I have EVER seen, and I've seen Saving Private Ryan...TWICE.
The costumes were simply incredible, I have no idea how the designer managed to pull this one off, giving each character such depth through the choice of knitwear.
Nick Moran's hair was also lovely, really enjoyed that.

A beautiful depiction with a nice tempo and some excellent performances from the two leads. I really enjoyed this movie, the only problem I had with it was that it was almost TOO succinct; there was so much to squeeze into a single film here that some of the story was too compressed and I'd like to have seen more of it. Absolutely amazing costume design.
