Beckham (2023)

Self promotion show, don't waste your time...

Who the fk wears a beekeeper suit with monogram letters.

This is equal to the Kardashians. Brain dead celebrity self promotion.

Athletes have one focus and it shows. They have not got the brains to talk about anything but themselves and what they like and want. David is unfortunately just another rich shallow and incredibly selfish athlete. This show depicts this very well.

Footballers promoting footballers in a sport where money is everything and can buy everything.

As science tells us. People who worship celebrities have lower cognitive skills. But it is obvious all these people want is to be worshipped.

Nefarious (2023)

Weak demon and lousy ending ruins the story

How on earth or by God could this movie get this high ratings I do not understand.

The scenes of the car is without number plates. How stupid a mistake is that.

An very VERY powerful demon, the Nefariousmus, is portrayed as a shaking weak human with tics Even though it has complete control of the human subject called Edward. On top of this this powerful demon gets scared of a priest that walks into the room. Then doing an acting to the priest that is incredibly unbelievable and ridiculous. This Demon is not intelligent or superior it is dumb and obvious.

Just a tiny amount of cgi would have carried this movie a lot. A glimpse of a demon. An eye shifting color. Anything. Because the story and the acting is in no way enough to carry this movie. Sadly the story was just not good enough.

Go watch Fallen with Denzel and Goodman if you want to watch a real possession movie.

Older Gods (2023)

Ending spoiled all

The movie had possibilities but for some reason decided to ruin all with the cheesiest of endings that other movies have used before.

The acting was not the best but it was desent enough.

The effects was ok and worked.

Pace was fine.

Story could have been SO much better executed with more dark and twisted visuals and not the oh so silly hollywood ending. The movie I want to see is the one that happends after the movie ends. This is where the real story happends. But like so many other movies we "the audience" is left to use our imaginations. This kind of storytelling works in rare cases and this is not one of them.

Like other reviewers I also love Lovecraftian horror and also think this movie will fall in with A LOT of other movies that failed to live up to this universe of ancient deities hidden behind our world.

Pooch Perfect (2021)

This has NOTHING to do with real dog grooming. It is just another really really bad idea for a show.

Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021)

The sequels just never got the real Ghostbusters spirit. It is just another meeh whatever movie. The previous sucked. This one is only average.

Only great point was the appearance of the original cast.

Revenge (II) (2017)

This is really just a remake of the "I Spit on Your Grave" genre. And not a very good one.

The characters are foolish and it seems the director couldn't decide if the movie should be realistic or not and chose between, this made the movie seem even more fake in my view.

I was bored a lot.

The Last Rite (2021)

Quite the amateur-movie

Well this movie has a ok atmosphere. It is in no way a scary movie and the effects well, there are no special effects.

The male antagonist is just about the worst actor I have ever seen. And I have seen a few. He is incredibly unbelievable. The female is mediocre.

Demigod (2021)

Too amateurish

Well having seen this. The thing that struck me the most, was the really bad use of light. Scenes supposed to be eerie and scary were filmed in daylight, showing unfortunately very amateur costumes and acting.

The entity obviously human dressed in viking-like clothes with an animal mask.

Unfortunately lighting, poor portrayal of "villains and entity" and lack of special effects made this too low quality and destroyed the movie for me.

Your Worst Nightmare (2014– )

Almost only reenactment, no interesting stuff..

It was really REALLY boring to watch. 99% reenactment and 1% true footage. You can't make up your own opinions about the facts, because you are only presented with "based-upon" fiction performed by actors.

The House at the End of Time (2013)

I do not understand the high ratings of this movie. The movie is very slow, actually not in a bad way. But there are a few things that is not good and they ruined my experience of the movie. The lead actress plays both herself and and old version of herself. It is too obvious that the old version wears a lot of makeup, but still has smooth hairless legs. It just looks fake both her face and all. Then we have the story which unfortunately is beyond easy to predict. This is no doubt the worst thing and what ruined the movie.

Amazing action from the robots. The builders are fun people and the commentators are doing a great job yelling and screaming. Faruq is just an annoyance ruining the the show with childish idiotic announcements.

12 Monkeys (2015–2018)

They could have made a stand alone, but tried to copy the brilliant actors/characters from the movie.

Because they tried to copy the movie, the idea of the series lost 4 stars for me. They should have made a stand alone series and it would have kicked ass.

But stealing the same characters as from the movie ruined it for me. The main actor is no way near worthy or talented enough to play the role of Bruce Willis. He looks to much like a member from a boyband, not fit as a person from a dystopian future. He ruined the series and the movie. If it was the same universe as the movie, another character, it would fit the series. And Brad Pitt's character is now a girl, which actually plays a mental case quite good. But again it is the same character as in the movie.

Generally all my problems with the series is that they want to use a genius movie and copy it.

It Feels Evil (2019– )

Exactly like all the others paranormal shows. No evidence, no scientific explanations, just a bunch of morons finding what they want to find. Sounds never the wind, but whispering, and demonic sounds, never heard on camera. A guy got pinched at night, yes, let me solve that it's called a bite from a bedbug or insect. EVP, cold spots, different instruments invented by people with no evidence that it is true, but only reinforced by others similar mindede believers in what they want to believe, because thy can not fathom that there is no supernatural good or evil entities.

The story is ridiculous. It seems like they made the manuscript in fifteen minutes. Just to make a black superhero movie hoping it will earn a lot of money. Which it did. Unfortunately people tend to watch Hollywood movies without bringing any taste of brain matter.

The technology of the Wakanda is even more stupid. The cgi movement of the characters is looks fake. The accent of the actors are terrible. Overacting is definitely the main problem. It's like a bunch of rich kids making a debut movie and never having acted in their life.

The Heretics (2017)

I feel like i just witnessed a new low in acting skills. I don't think any of them is credible. I'm not sure what to think about the story. It has potential, but the actors do not convince me in this movie.

Scarecrows (2017)

Don't waste your time

Acting: I'm not sure if they actually practised to become such bad actors. Only positive thing is the pretty girls. Seems really stupid that the villain is an evil slow moving crocodile dundee. If you don't believe me just watch.

Music: The music is short bursts actually emphasis the scenes in the movie with the worst acting. There is a big contrast between the music and the silence, it just seems like the music not always his the right mood. Such as the silly foolish rytme when kissing jumping into silence and on...

Special effects: Surprisingly these are not as bad as the rest of the movie.

Story: Nothing new here. Teens get lost in the wrong area where a killer roams.

Gods of Egypt (2016)

Miserable computer effects combined with bad cast and non-godly gods.

I love stories about myths, history and fables. I was disappointed.

An antagonist looking like a Caucasian pretty boy that has not yet hit puberty (think boy-bands) supposed to be Egyptian. He is for some reason able to outsmart the Gods.... Talking about the Gods, the Gods are puny, especially in their behavior and powers. A blind God that can't even kill a human boy.

The worst part of the film was the CGI. The fight between Horus and Set looked horrible. Some would argue that it is fantasy, not real. But it looks really bad. I happened to notice the mass of people in the background of the fight, supposed to be humans but they moved too animated.

This is like a badly made superhero movie with effects from the 80's.

Wolves (2014)

Howling fans will NOT love this

The movie follows the footsteps of other teenage flicks. I would not recommend this to anyone older than 15.

The actors act as if they are "all that", let me tell you, they are not... The antagonist is a pretty boy dresses up like a bad guy(reminds me of Sons of Anarchys wannabe gangs, pretty much like a boy band)... There is a strong tendency to make movies and TV like this at the moment, and it is a sad thing.

The story does not contain anything new and interesting and is in no way very innovative.

I will give this movie 2 stars because some kids might like it.

The Flash (2014–2023)

Goofy, childish and with no new ideas

If you like teenage-TV, you will like this.

This series is childish both in acting and visuals. I would consider it somewhat like twillight and transformers. Some older kid is the hero, and there is no brutal reality included. The doctor, the engineer, the scientist, the journalist, almost all are just old kids no more than 22... Even the oh SOO evil villain is a kid, just with a false looking frown, black clothes and a leather jacket.

The effects are high quality, like the previously mentioned films. Unfortunately this is not enough to save the show. The acting is goofy to say at least. IT is a typical hero, trying to make funny comments, fighting the bad guy, saving the girl.

Three is nothing new or exciting in the show. Why it has gotten above 8 is a testament to peoples lack of taste.

Left Behind (I) (2014)

This movie is bad! but not 1 or 2 star bad.

I am not sure what people expect. But people are angry about this movie for some reason. I love movies with religious plots, even though I am not religious. Perhaps this is why I (unlike many others) are not offended by movies about the subject, and are open to different interpretations.

• First plot is the rapture, God fearing people are taken away to heaven. - Second plot is a disaster movie of a plane crashing.

I guess the manuscripts of these two stories got mixed together and the good half of both got taken to heaven, OK OK bad joke. But really this is the case, the disappearance of all those people could have been a great film (like "Vanishing on 7th Street" is to me, because it makes me think and wonder, it is a movie for wondering, intellectual, curious people).

If you are going to watch this, don't expect much, if you are one of the many people who only likes blockbuster hits, this is not for you. If you like mysteries and disaster movies, you might enjoy this

Haunted History (2013– )

Good facts, worse than miserable supernaturalism....

I watched the first episode, and I have to say, it left me split. But I am afraid the paranormal aspect of the show ruined it all.

The history about the case was very interesting, there was a lot of facts I did not know.

Then the paranormal is involved in the episode, and I have to say it sucks. A bunch of unexplored claims of hauntings and quite a lot of focus on a photo, with a supposed spirit. As a photographer I know the "spirit" on the picture is caused by long exposure, which happens often on pictures taken at night. I am amazed they even used something like that in the show. But if people want to see ghosts, they usually see them everywhere.

If the show was all realistic documentary, the show would be awesome. But as it is, it is really REALLY bad.

Transformers (2007)

Only way to describe this is unserious and childish with amazing visuals

I have just seen the movie and want to tell about my experience.

Visuals effects 10/10 Really really good made. The transformers look and move very very nice.

Sound 4/10 The sound effects of the transformers and general quality is fine, but destroyed by teenage popular wannabe rock-music. It's a bit too much high school musical. Not brutal enough, it made the robots seem like delicate women at a tea party.

Acting 1/10 It is terrible. Megan fox looks great, but then she opens her mouth and every word just makes her look more and more stupid. Shia Lebeuf or how ever it is spelled acts as if his life depends on it. He simply tries too hard, like the young person he is, is he probably trying to show his best only making it awful. The rest of the characters also overact and this is including the transformers. Especially the twin-transformers act like small children, taking the role as the two stupid sidekicks like in a Disney cartoon.

Story 5/10 I am giving it five because it has potential. The movie lacks brutal power. Evil transformers kill and wreck havoc on the world and not ONE drop of blood is in the movie. The childish acting and teenage way the story is told ruins what could have been an insanely good story.

Conclusion. If you like unintelligent romantic teenage "wannabe action" films(twilight, captain America etc.) this is right up your alley. If you like a good action movie with a serious attitude, don't watch this.

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009)

Good action, with a silly love story...

If it was not for the very silly love story between Baroness and Duke, the too unrealistic flirting between Ripcord and Scarlett, this would be an otherwise excellent action movie.. But unfortunately these two things, take up too much of the movie and makes it very annoying. No one knows that Storm Shadow and Snakeeyes are brothers, that is acceptable. But the emotionally connection would do, that Duke never should be accepted in this mission. Considering that he, well actually all the time, ruins the missions. Ripcord I think, is supposed to be the comic in the movie, well honestly, it does not work.

There is only really one cgi effect that is not worth looking at because they look too fake, otherwise visually the movie is nice to look at. I am talking about Scarlett on the motorcycle. If you want action it is a worth the time. I would not recommend it, but not tell people not to watch it.
