Interacial Relationship
14 February 2009
Warning: Spoilers
In the movie Greta Hilary Duff has definitely step up from her usual squeaky clean teen movie. She plays Greta a sixteen year old who is a trip without the luggage. Her mother is on her third marriage and decides its time for Greta to spend some time with her grandparents much to her dismay. She is confident and smart but you can tell through the movie that she is searching for something. That something that she gets is with is first love with Julie(Evan Ross) she seems to be into it but her grandparents seem to have a problem with his skin color and criminal past. This bothers them when Greta is trying to find ways to kill herself and she has disrupted their lives in the first place. Her grandparents after awhile realize she needs love from them, but also her mother who is too busy with her marriage at the beginning of the movie. This movies show problems that can occur from interracial relationships.

This movie shows how parents can be neglectful and not see that their children are asking for help without really saying it. And how a little change in the environment can make a whole lot of difference. It tells a story about how color shouldn't matter when it comes to love. This is in my opinion Hilary Duff's best movie so far she actually shows real emotions and has problems that all teens can relate to in one way or another.

Go Emma Roberts
5 February 2009
Warning: Spoilers
This isn't what I would expect from Emma Roberts with the cussing and the whole bad girl attitude but I must say it really worked for her and she is no Amanda Bynes. I love how she is a bad and yet a good girl at the same time and yes Emma has some moves to go with the new attitude. I'm not really into teen movies these days, because I feel that all of them seem to be the same. But not this one though it was edgy then most teen movies. I even love the name she has in this movie and the crap she does at the beginning is funny.I love how her sister is like oh now you have done it Poppy its so cute and she could really care less.

This movie even has real message on how the environment you are raised in and the people you surround yourself with plays a big part on who you are or who you can become. Also how one parent sometimes could use a little help, because if you have a spouse your kid doesn't like it could cause a lot a problems when it comes to respect. Because Ms. Poppy didn't seem to have any.

Hannah and Mitch different worlds
5 February 2009
Warning: Spoilers
I like how in the movie they show all the cliques, because even with everything that goes on in the world. People stick with cliques and what they know because sometimes differences can be fear. A fear of what other people might think if they try something new or hang out with a new person who is not from their clique like Mitch. I love the part when Hannah is on the stage and you hear his voice saying I have been here for four years and I have never met Hannah. Watching him, watch makes you wonder would he actually hang out with her before school was over because he was a jock and she was like the rebel she did things her own way on her own time. Which honestly I wish I could of done in high school just a little.

Anyway they actually started hanging out and enjoying each others company until she hung out with him and his friends and it looked like none of them even decided to talk to her which was rude. Like it was like she was not even there. How rude I thought but then again it is high school and it was obvious that his friends didn't want her around and she felt out of place.

We don't want to read
5 February 2009
I usually do not like remakes of movies but this one wasn't half as bad as the ones I have seen in the past. I mean look how honest it was and remakes usually don't do that. I mean this remake really had me thinking how does one get over a great love. And yes her way was a little crazy but she also helped him in a way only it takes awhile to realize it.I think they tried to make it as honest as possible for Americans which I love. We like to censored our movies more than other countries but even so not that bad people. I know that us as Americans love movies we don't have to read, but sometimes reading subtitles is truly worth it. This movie was great but the first one was better because it was funnier and it had way more emotion. And I like how in the original the girl had no fear she did what she wanted when she wanted. Especially the train scene that they did not put in the remake. Maybe remake movies would be better if you make them exactly like the first one in our languages.

But I love the fact they picked Elisha because she has that whole sweet innocent crazy girl going on like her movie the girl next door. She is really growing as an actress.

This movie is better than the twilight movie
30 January 2009
LTROI is a real master piece I personally believe the book and the movie is better than twilight. I heard they are trying to make a American version of it but the problem with American remakes they are never as good as the foreign films. I think it is because Americans like to censored things for their children maybe that is why twilight has become such a big hit. It is a good movie for all ages basically and it is not even a little scary.

Whereas LTROI has a little bit of darkness to it that just makes the movie even more great. Oscar is such a scared little boy meeting the girl gives him confidence not to be afraid anymore which a lot of people need these days. Wish I had my own vampire girlfriend.LOL

Better than the first
30 January 2009
This movie is called Havoc: 2 Normal Adolescent Behavior I am guessing it is part two to Havoc starring Anne Hathaway which I thought was really bad. But this movie was fairly good it shows you that perfectly smart teens can do things you wouldn't expect I mean its like a teenage swingers club if you ask me.

I mean all the sex they never really did anything normal with each other like go to the movies and stuff so there was nothing ever normal about their behavior. Then again it also makes you question a one on one relationships. It seems like the guy was trying to save her and I wish there was a better ending like you see him burning the box and her actually acknowledging her brother but it wasn't like your typical happy ending.
