Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones (2002)
COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!!
I expected so much more from this movie, and this is what I get...a confusing plot. The biggest question here is:"Who is Jedi Master Sifodius (is that how you spell his name?)?????" It seems he created the whole plot of this movie. And so the Death Star was invented by Count Dooku? And this still doesn't explain the history of Darth Maul.
The key points of this movie: 1. Palpatine is Darth Sidious 2. Dooku invented the Death Star 3. Anakin falls in love with Amadila 4. "Master Sifodius" ordered a clone army at the time of the Naboo War 5. YODA'S GOT SOME MOVES!!! 6. Anakin is slowly turning bad and disobedient of rules 7. Boba Fett is a clone 8. The clone troopers eventually turn into storm troopers 9. There is a lot about Qui-Gon that Obi-Wan doesn't know about 10. A lot of jedi die on Geonosis 11. Dooku flies from Geonosis to Coruscant on a motorbike 12. George Lucas has lost his touch
The old trilogy was awesome. Now Star Wars is just about advanced computer graphics and special effects. Lucas needs to focus more on the story than the visual effects.
Shin Kido Senki Gundam Wing Endless Waltz (1998)
Excellent way to end the series
This movie is probably the best way to end the magnificent Gundam Wing series. It answered a lot of questions asked about the series. It showed the pilots' pasts. The new Gundams are awesome, especially Tallgeese II. I didn't like Wing Zero Custom because the angel wings was ridiculous!!! Death Scythe Hell was nice too. The animation was much better than the series.
Watch the series first or else you won't have a clue about what's going on in the movie.
Mononoke-hime (1997)
Kick Ass
The is the best anime I've seen, and one of the best movies I've seen. I haven't heard about it until a friend told me he watched it and it was stupid. Well, I wanted to know how stupid it is (like Pokemon), and rented it for the night. IT KICKED ASS!!!!!!! I've seen Akira, and this is much better. The plot was flawless and the music was wonderful. There was not one part I didn't understand. One thing that might have made it a bit better would be Ashikata and San showing a little more love for each other than just see each other every 20 minutes. But still, this is the anime masterpiece. Greatest of all time!!
Akira (1988)
MOST OF IT WAS AMAZING
It's been over a year since I've watched this, and I still remember it as if it was yesterday! The plot is awesome but sometimes a little confusing. Most of the animation is great except for some parts which were plain freaky, like around the end when Tetsuo starts to absorb machines and turning bionical. The only part I didn't understand is the end, when Tetsuo enters another dimension and meets Akira (I think...). I wished it would continue a little longer so the story resolves clearer.
Some parts are just Dragonball Z, which I didn't totally enjoy, but other than that, it's meant to move you, not just make you sit there for 2 hours. I enjoy movies like that-the ones that make you think about the plot.
