Awaydays (2009)
Terrible
Easily Stephen Graham's worst film. Maybe it was ok when it came out, 10 years ago, but watching it in 2022 and it just doesn't cut the mustard.
There's barely a storyline. Some of the acting is abysmal. It has no direction. Even the fight scenes, which there are plenty of, are terrible and unrealistic. Just mainly shouting and a few soft kicks and punches. We are, however, blessed with the odd headbutt. About 3 of them.
All in all, very disappointing.

Dreadful
The worst thing I've ever seen. There's nothing good to say about this film. An hour and half of suspenseful piano music and a bit of screaming. Nothing scary, no storyline. Terrible. I'd give it a zero if it was possible.

So, so bad...
It's astonishingly bad. So bad, I couldn't stop watching it. The acting, the fight scenes, the script, the locations, the story - all terrible.
A must watch!!

Ok but...
I spent the first half of this film messing around with my AVR's sound settings. Music playing perfectly but voices and sounds muffled and almost inaudible. This improves as the film goes on so I think it might have been done for effect. Either that or my equipment is on the blink.
Oh yeah, the film is ok. Not sure how he's so dirty, yet his rucksack is pristine. Also, why can't he fold money up like a normal person?
A solid 7/10.
