Miller's Crossing (1990)
A Fat Bubble of Sophistication, A sea of gangsters and harboring policemen
It's so sophisticated, complex and I didn't really understood the value of this film, it's a shattered mess and I feel like it needs more respect to the direction. It's A gritty film but I want to give positive points because the screenplay and scripting is more accurate than "The Untouchables". I can't really relate The Coen Brothers films because they are so sophisticated and gritty, but in all seriousness though I'm satisfied with their movies' plots.
Please forgive me for the wrong grammar if I made any, I'm a filipino.
The Untouchables (1987)
A Gangster Starter Movie
Not one of the best gangster films though it is a very entertaining and exciting film. This movie just structures a whole a new genre of gangster entertainment, it's a very gritty film and I'm not that disappointed with the directing. "Scarface" is much more accurate than this film and simply not a good assemble of a plot. The good news though is that I'm very impressed with the score, the score embodies more of heroism, very cheerful I can't express. The score positively distracts the whole acting of this film on what's going on. The screenplay is decent, the acting I want to make a change. Just tho sum everything, I'm very fond with the movie its less grittier than Miller's Crossing and less accurate than Public Enemies.
