Red Riding Hood (2011)
Intentional Twilight theme copy, but with It's so bad it's good line.
There were many very funny scenes in this movie. The sad part is, they were not intended to be funny. I have read other reviews and majority is comparing it to certain vampire/werewolf series. Of course it is so. That was obvious even from the trailer. Starting with Peters hair-cut which was identical to Edward Cullen's bed-head, to storyline: two hunks competing for clueless gals heart. It was obvious attempt to milk on gold formula of Twilight saga. Funny moments include: Soldiers overdramatised arrival and one of them with crossbow aiming nervously at mild townsfolk faces, like it's some kind of risky operation. And Oldman's instantly sobbing daughters. And the fact that everybody seems to be supertolerant to cold - in spite the deep winter freeze, everyone is dressed like it's summer: with thin jackets and even shirts open. The trees in a forest - all come with some strange spikes for some reason. Ah - and there is this ridiculous lovemaking scene in the end its so cheesy and corny I really cant even describe it. The flat characters are given few one-liners. And the sad part is - some of the dialogue is repeated over and over, like "bitten man on red moon.. and i thought you'd say this" was over the top cheesy. Oh - and they toss mentally challenged boy in an elephant oven.
