The only good thing about this episode is having Hetty back. The script writers have lost the plot. What they think is funny dialog is just gibberish. I am confused what audience they are looking for. This is suppose to be a serious show.

Heddy's back

Warning: Spoilers
Nice to see Heddy back. Nell and Eric way to 'babbly'.
Another example of having to be SO P/C...it is RUINING this show. ''Bad'' guys 'white nationalists' ..
Let's have some Real 'bad guys'.
and.....the Worst part 'they just went to Arizona to some gun shows and 'picked up' over a DOZEN FULLY AUTOMATIC MACHINE GUNS....Like that would be possible :( It doesn't happen folks. Can't.
What happened to the Seal?
The money from the 'heist?
Let's have more substance, less crap and p/c stories and characters .
Yay, Heddy is Back!!!

I gave it a high rating due to Heddy being back. She is the reason I watch the show. The whole time she was gone was torture. It was so great having her back. She needs to stay back and they need to write her into the show a lot!!!
Beyond fiction

Used to love this show, but it's losing most of its depth and is turning into a soap opera. Also, WTF? I get that this is fiction, but a Navy Seal's CO (or ANY CO in any branch of the military) approving an outside job that is defined by breaking Federal law is beyond ridiculous as a storyline. I live in a state that has legalized marijuana, support marijuana being legalized and worked approved second jobs during my military career and I STILL found the plot to be totally silly.
What were the writers thinking?

Every character lost their identity!!! The episode was frantic, and very hard to follow...the personalities of all of the team members had been changed. Bring back the original team. This change was not for the better!
This series in now turning into a cartoon!

Used to enjoy this show, but there is now far to much time given to the stupid babbling nonsense between the respective partners and daft sub plots. I think I've now had enough, this isn't a shadow of the show it used to be!
"It seems like we're missing something"

That's what Callen says at around 33min. He's right, what they are missing is decent writers! What have they been doing the past few years, hiring out of work soap opera writers to work part time to fill in gaps in the show? It's a one hour show, with about 20 minutes or commercial time cutting it down to an essentially 40 minute show. And of those 40 minutes there is about 10 to 15 of useless soap opera quality (un-quality?) babbling and boring so-called romancing. As for finally bringing Hettie back, it hasn't helped the show one bit. She is acting more like Dr. Ruth or Dr. Laura than the assistant director of a federal agency.
Wake up CBS, you are systematically killing what was once a really good show!
What just happened??

I've never seen such a disjointed episode. Random babbling conversations that did nothing but fill space and make me anxious with tense forced humor. I love this show but this episode had me laughing at how horribly it was presented.
Characters need to get serious

What the heck?

They didn't want to use any realistic violent factions as the main bad guys. So they went full fantasy-land.
