Shameless lost the heart of the show when Fiona left, but they are trying their best to make it work. Kevin and his struggles in basketball was a nice little subplot, but overall the show is missing something. Still charming, still funny, but obviously not the same.

Why is everyone so hurt from this episode?

According to me fioana was the charming star of this show. Without her i thought this show would've gone fail. But the way the manage all the melodrama and chemistry with the characters are appreciate able.

Whats up with bad reviews every episode and every new season? Am I watching a different show or you just got bored from the show? This has always been amazing and funny every single episode and this one isn't an exception. I unlike others haven't felt that the show has changed and it's not interesting anymore, even though there was times when some of Ian's story arcs weren't that good and interesting the show was good as the other seasons and still is, so idk what u people expect from this show but for me it's still funny and interesting to watch. It's still one of the funniest shows.

Any Shameless (US) fan at this point is frustrated with this show. Seasons' 1-4 are perfect. Seasons 5-6 were very good. Seasons 7, 8, and 9 have been absolutely awful, consistently undermining their own characters at every turn. The writing has been more scattered than Frank's brain. Emmy Rossum leaving and I thought, "This has gotta be it."

But low and behold, Showtime insists on bringing Shameless back. It took me a while to watch this episode, as a die-hard fan, it has been difficult watching a show I've been so deeply invested in for years decline so badly.

I will admit, my expectations were low once I finally got around to it this week, but to my delight, it was a strong opening episode for season 10. The creators owe it to the fan-base to finish strong.

But please, unless this season knocks my socks off, and I mean rocks my entire world every Sunday night, this has to be the last season. I don't know how much more they could do. Fiona was the only character working toward something, and she is gone now. Ian is in Jail. Frank is Frank. Lip now has a new child he will be taking care of (possibly alone?), Debby is welding her life away, Carl is graduating in disgrace. WHERE ARE THEY GOING?????

And then there's Vee and Kev, my favorite TV couple ever. They have no money, Kevin has to attend Daddy's night just to get shoes. But how much longer can we hang out in the Alabai with them?

This show is kinda like the drugs it depicts. It starts great, gets really bad, really quick, but you can't stop because it's addictive.

Look Shameless writers, what I'm saying is, we're your audience to lose.

Welcome to the last season of Shameless...

Actually, I just learned it is the second to the last season, as the 11th season will definitely be the series finale. They should have ended it with Emmy's departure. The shameless people now are the producers, who would try any trick for a paycheck rather than getting creative, letting the cast move on, and pursuing a new venture.

Better than all of season 9

After a pretty dull season 9 with mostly pointless storylines finally something happens that makes you take a step back and say "damn". Fiona is now out of the intro and it's now Debbie taking a pee. So from the jump we know Debbie has taken over for Fiona 100% now. Hopefully they can find a way to get back to their roots and what made this one of the best shows on t.v. after being highly disappointed with season 9.

It's fine but not much happened

Most characters are on same page where they left, you feel like it's been like that for a long time now, Carl in the army, Debbie trying to be a grownup, Frank is Frank and he has always been so but this time without any story or what so ever, he's just Franking around !! Not a single second of Ian or Mickey, Lip taking all episode long just to get to the hospital and have his baby. Kev dancing for men AGAIN!! Liam and Veronica have something going, but it wasn't put in a much exciting way. Really average overall.

This should have been season 9 finale.

This first episode of season 10 should have taken place on the last episode of season 9. Last season left off with not much happening. Fiona left and that was about it when it comes to anything major. Having season 9 leave off with the baby being born and Tami possibly dead would have been a better way to end the season than the way it's played out. All in all this season is off to a better start than season 9

I have one- in the scene at around 37:30, Lip throws her bag, but a couple of seconds later, it is perfectly balanced a couple of meters in front of the place it was thrown. Other than that, it was a pretty good one.

This needs to end.

I've loved this show since season one. The satire is hilarious. This season premiere was dreadful. The story lines are boring and easily forgetful. The characters are flat and the shock value has ended. This show needs to end.

Just Terrible

Nothing even remotely interesting happens. This show has just become a hollow shell of what it used to be and this is coming from an avid fan that has been watching since the beginning (almost 9 years).

Should've ended on Season 9

It's so sad how Fiona actually gone from the show. She's the main character and the heart of the show. Without her, there's really nothing to watch. Fiona leaving is so disappointing too. She didn't get to say goodbye to her best friend?!!? Even tho if she did, she still deserves a better ending; being a successful woman, meet a really good guy, start a family of her own or not. That's what I expected her story to end.

And not to mention, I miss so many of the old characters: Karen, Sheila, Mandy, and oh Cami sucks. Lip should've ended up with Karen or Mandy or even alone lol.

I was trying to watch the show after Fiona left, but no I couldn't stand it. Debbie is so annoying, Lip sucks and so problematic, and I don't even wanna know what's gonna happen next. Idc.

I have no idea how this show is on the air. It has just gotten worse every season since season 5. I'm hoping Mickey has a good storyline because, based on the pilot, the storylines of the other characters are just awful... So boring.

Not much more to say about it. Show that was awesome, has turned into white quilt, gender transforming peace of s***. This was my favorite show and has turned into my least favorite ones.
