Salary, or really it should have been titled $alary, is an entertaining episode of the fourth season of Superstore. I've been catching up on Superstore and yes, in Salary we learn that Amy earns $109,000 per year plus a $10,000 bonus and a company car and who knows what else. Anyway, Dina tries to set up a honeytrap for Jonah with a David Foster Wallace line that was quite entertaining right.

Anyway, the rest of the store staff (and some customers) learn that Amy earns a huge amount of money and it kinds of breeds some resentment amongst the staff and customers.

I'm enjoying watching Superstore.

I hate all these people and I don't know why I keep watching this

This is the episode where Amy is awkward and irritating about her new salary, Garrett announces it over the intercom, Mateo fakes his way into an undeserved promotion, and Cheyenne gives her boss shade by disclosing her salary to a line of customers and pressuring her into paying for their diapers . There has to be a way to do comedy without cringe. I know it's supposed to highlight the absurd, but I just kept thinking about how quickly all of these people would be fired. . This time I just wanted to slap Cheyenne, Mateo, Marcus, and Amy, so I guess it's a 4 star episode.

Individual episodes. Depends on the show, depends on the episode.

With Superstore, reviewing every episode is rather pointless.

A review every few episodes is fine, but rating each episode is good.

So...1 star, 3 star, 1 star, 1 star, 1 star...review.

Don't need a review for every episode, especially when the issues with the episodes are pretty much the same thing over and over and over again.

No need to copy and paste the same review. However... the worst parts of pretty much every episode are...the 2 main leads. Amy and Johna.

I never watch Ugly Betty...and my first introduction to America Ferrara as far as actually watching her etc...was this.

And she is not a good actress.

She can't act. Her comedic timing is non existant.

She ain't attractive.

I don't understand why she was ever in things...much less the fact that this show lasted as long as it did.

I do remember on my first watch, it was like a car wreck. I wasn't watching bc it was fun or entertaining...I kind of wanted to see how bad it was.

The other absurd characters are fine...bc they are absurd. They are supposed to be. Amy and Jonha are annoying characters, played by bad actors.

Amy getting the news of her salary is a huge highlight of her lack of acting and comedic timing skills.

She doesn't know how to be actually funny.

Kids in the hall knows.

And Mateo...and Garrett.

But the trio...amy, jonna, and dena...nope.

Of the 3, dena is the better one. She is hit or miss. More misses than hits.

But joona and ames...batting...i mean 100 would be too generous for them.

Anyway...the show isn't so bad to prevent me from watching.. .but i do have to suffer through scenes with amy and JNA.

Ha...the higher % of the episode jonnnna and amee are in, the lower my rating tends to be.

I used to like to put some distance between my 1 stars, 2, 3 and 4.

I wanted there to be a stark contrast betwene a 1 and a 3.

But for superstore...a 1 2 or 3 are pretty much the same.

Indicator to me...the episode is bad.

Most likely means...they feature either a lot of amy and jonha...or...not a lot...but a very denes jona and amy scene.

Like...if there is one scene of amy and jona simulating sex or talking about sex...yeah. That's gonna be a one from me dog. Don't put that image in people's heads man. That just isn't right to do.
