Has a show ever improved as much as Snowfall? The first season had a bunch of plot-lines that they didn't know what to do with. The overacting was unbearable. It had moments of brilliance and then long stretches of silliness masquerading as social commentary and gritty drama. Now, it's grown up, feels comfortable in it's skin, pace is fast but not contrived, the acting is balanced but never boring.
