Liam Payne has been spilling a bit of tea about One Direction while promoting his new album, LP 1, and on Thursday's episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, he shared another tidbit about his days with the band. During a game of "Never Have I Ever," Liam admitted that he's not super proud of every music video the quintet put out and revealed which one is his least favorite. "I looked a little funky," he said, sharing which 1D clip he isn't a fan of.
Liam also spoke about his former bandmates and responded to Harry Styles poking fun at Zayn Malik during his Nov. 16 appearance on Saturday Night Live. "I think it's just a funny joke at the end of the day," Liam said. He went on to talk more about Zayn's departure and how each member dealt with it.

Constance Wu (“Hustlers”) and Mindy Kaling (“Late Night”) explained how the internet helped expand the casting pool for their projects during a conversation for “Variety Studio: Actors on Actors.”
Wu began the interview: “When I did ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ and they were looking for actors, it was crazy how many people said, ‘Well, there are no Asian actors.’ What they really meant is like, ‘Oh, there aren’t a lot of Asian-American actors who are represented by the top three agencies and have a huge resume,'” Wu said. “What Jon Chu, our director, did was he opened it up. He had people send in auditions via YouTube and he watched every single one.”
Kaling mentioned how she took on a similar strategy when it came to casting her Netflix series “Never Have I Ever,” starring newcomer Maitreyi Ramakrishnan.

Mindy Kaling says that in the early days of “The Office,” she faced discrimination from the Television Academy when the show was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series.
Kaling said in a recent interview with Elle that Television Academy officials told her they were going to cut her name from the show’s list of eligible contenders because there were too many producers listed. She was also a producer, and the only woman of color on the writing staff.
“They made me, not any of the other producers, fill out a whole form and write an essay about all my contributions as a writer and a producer. I had to get letters from all the other male, white producers saying that I had contributed, when my actual record stood for itself,” she told Elle.

It's not a tea party if there's no tea spilled. Kelly Clarkson brought together the cast of Downton Abbey—including Michelle Dockery, Hugh Bonneville, Allen Leech, and Elizabeth McGovern—to play a little game she likes to call, "Sip It and Spill It." In other words, "it's a sophisticated version or 'Never Have I Ever,'" the country superstar explained to her guests on The Kelly Clarkson Show. "Sip it and spill it if you've ever locked yourself in a bathroom with a glass of wine because you have...
