Peter lets slip that Kenny's wife has been missing for a couple of weeks, Taggart is suspicious that the missing woman could be her. Taggart gets a lead on the distinctive blankets the body parts were wrapped in.
There's definitely a lot going on here, so you do need to be concentrating, Knife Edge is truly a great early story, this was such an engrossing continuation.
I'm not sure whether the mystery is quite so cute and dry, is it too obvious to be George, I'm really keen to learn the outcome.
Alex Dewar really is a piece of work, he deserved a right hook for that dressing gown alone. This one is not without its moments of humour.
Poor Rosie, you'd think she'd have got the message by now, George really is a wrong 'un.
This show really did manage to find the brightest and the best, good performances from Siobhan and and Iain Glen.
