Loved the Vanessa/Scarlett chemistry in this episode, the acting felt authentic and the storyline had great flow. Eklund was in his element as creepy vampire elder.

Lol! I think I just showed my age, but SERIOUSLY! I would be the HAPPIEST viewer in the world I think, if EVERY episode of shows like this- Sci-fi/Fantasy HIS bailiwick, something OTHER THAN what EVERYONE ELSE on TV is doing- featured Michael Eklund! ESPECIALLY when he's playing one of his best prototypical characters: powerful, smart but quirky, rogue-ishly good-looking, typically long-haired (but always has a unique hair trait, i.e. The white beard stripe & interesting hair styles in Wynona Earp! Plain, boring, shaved head, the blonde surfer dude nextdoor, & the brunette side sweep are SO boring! They're the same hairstyles guys have worn since at LEAST the 80's, & I've dated all of them at least twice!!! LOL!!! Sorry guys, but you deserve to know how women feel especially when we spend SO much $ on cuts/colors/perms/extensions/relaxers/ blow dryer/flat iron/curling iron/shampoo/conditioner/sprays/spritzes/gels/mousse/shine drop/lotion/body wash/perfume/ makeup and all the MILLION parts of THAT/nails whether you get them done or not, you keep your own polishes/clothes!!! All the time it takes, and HORRIFIC amounts of hours I have to work to afford it all, it would sure be nice to find a guy who takes care of himself like A M. E. character! Of at LEAST a "wow Babe! You look good!"

But episodes like this make me want to do the Happy Dance!!!
