In usual Danish fashion, the creators of this documentary makes a long documentary, that, for what was told about the expeditions, could have been told in 15 minutes.
I don't mind the travel and journey of the historian and film crew to travel in the footsteps of the great explorer of Vitus Bering. But the so called documentary is 90% about them and their experiences, and 10% about the incredible journeys of Bering and his crew.
The story itself is really exiting about one of the greatest explorers of all time. But you almost forget to listen when the exiting stuff is told, because you're on the brink of losing interest most of the time.
