Lovely interpretation of a painting

Warning: Spoilers
This movie short imagines what Christina, the girl suffering from polio in Andrew Wyeth's famous painting set in Maine, is thinking and feeling in that moment captured in time by the artist.

Christina envisions herself in an enchanting dance of bodily freedom, away from the confines of her reality of living with polio. In her daydream Christina is free to dance in the field under the sun. Then she awakens from her daydream and is back to her reality of her disabled life.

This movie is available on Vimeo and can be watched in a few minutes time. I recommend it as a quick break from your daily grind. If you enjoy art and artistry you will enjoy this movie short.
