If we just talk about it from a comedy perspective this is a below average sitcom. Spencer cursing every two seconds is not funny.
But if you look at it from a football perspective it does not even make sense. 200 million for USC TV rights is probably a good deal. And Spencer is risking serious jail time by trying to get a high school recruit paid off TV negotiations. He would never do that.
