I got bored after some episodes; after 10 episodes or so
gauthamaddonusa25 October 2019
At first it was okay and l like the story line. However, I felt the main character Ara Go was vexing at some times. Her character of being right all the time without thinking of the consequences made me feel really irritating. She makes messy situation and at the same time she cries bitterly for what happened.

Not bad
tay-sedai26 January 2019
This show was quite melodramatic at times, though I certainly cared enough about the main characters to want to keep watching. There was a bit of overkill when it came to the use of emotive background music.

I usually love legal dramas, but Miss Hammurabi compared to, say, Suspicious Partner, for me falls a little short of the mark. It didn't really have one overarching mystery that got solved in the end, so felt a bit haphazard.

I wanted more closure on one of the main cases that we saw the judges handle - it would have been satisfying to see more justice served there. All in all the loose ends were tied up satisfactorily though.

In summation: this was an "all right" drama that didn't make it to my faves list.

Great Beginning, Terrible End
farhadhassanclc25 July 2021
The first 13 (out of 16) episodes were so fun to watch. The last 3? I had to watch them using the Netflix's skip button so I could know the ๐Ÿ™„ Koreans just don't know when or how to end their shows, this 16 episode obligation is ridiculous.

The final set of conflicts was overplayed and overcooked.

Annoying Ara Go
rahayuabubakar11 March 2019
Ara Go was the most annoying main character. They just kept making her storyline go in a circle over and over. I just can't stand that she always has to be right, always is the innocent one, and always cries when things don't go her way. It's annoying. The drama was way better when it focused more on the other characters, plus, her "I'm the saviour" attitude gets really boring after a while. I just kept hoping they would kill her off and often wonder what it would be like without her or with a different actress.

Good Kdrama About Life of The Judges
donkrishna-dk10 January 2021
The story did not make me get bored. That is the strongpoint of this movis. Of course we do not have to forget all the actors who mostly played well in this movie. Some people said they got amazed by acting of Go Ara as a hyperactive judge in this movie but I more more appreciate her work in: "Hwarang" and " Haechi". In those two dramas she did not get major role as in "Miss Hammurabi" but her acting is unfogettable and I always miss her present in every episodes of them.

Good Enough
PennyReviews29 July 2018
Miss Hammurabi is not exactly a law drama. It has cases and it is about judges, but it focuses more on the characters than the plot. Those characters are interesting, with rich backgrounds, that usually explain the way they act in the current time of the drama. Through the show, we learn more about them and more about their lives, as they start to develop relationships with one another. In the end, we get friendship, romance, strong office dynamics and a nice conclusion. So, it is inevitable that the performances were good as well. Go Ara has a way to express deep emotions in her every drama, and L has finally grown to a mature actor with flawless performances. So overall, 6,5 out of 10.

A drama on pertinent social issues
kennak-9201021 March 2021
Very insightful series into a very interesting justice system. As the judges work out their cases abs verdicts, we see how any society can bring about obstruction to social change, by cultural beliefs and restrictions.

Who killed cock Robin ?
alaningle711 November 2020
A young aspiring judges career is progressing well until a girl he had feelings for in the past joins his section. Her opinions and ways of working soon shake up his beliefs and his feelings remain for her, unfortunately he is not her type. The series is well acted with interesting side characters and the cases often involve how judging right from wrong is not always easy. The two young judges both learn traits from each other but will romance blossom ?

Not happy
ninnishka_alex1 August 2020
The show started well but got borinf after a while, the main female character acted like a lawyer rather than a judge,it makes one wonder why she didnt choose to be a lawyer instead od judge?it was really unrealistic in some cases and why she had to be right always? i wanted to see judge im more actively in the cases but the show disappointed me.

It was okay
jmccullough-6910925 June 2020
I liked everything about this drama. The cast were excellent, the storylines were varied and held my attention. But I could only give it 5 stars. And that is entirely sure to the main character. She was incredibly annoying. She cried literally 5 times per episode in all but 2 episodes. Every time she opened her mouth she looked like she'd burst into tears. It ruined the show, which is a shame as it would otherwise have been a 8 star review.

THE MAIN CHARACTER!!!!
dorcasgracealonzo27 July 2021
I don't know why but Go Ara's character was just annoying. Even in Black I was kinda annoyed on her character at times. I actually saw this on tiktok and I thought this was quite an interesting show to watch. I thought "mmm this show is quite interesting" at first but then as it progressed, bruhhhh the main character which is Go ara right? SHE WAS A JUDGE. And this show was like just entirely about her KINDNESS. A show that has know where to go, making mistakes on being a judge, crying and reflecting on her actions. In fact I didn't even finish it๐Ÿ˜‚. I dropped it after watching the first two episodes after watching the whole concept of her character. But anyways I liked the other characters specially the male judge her partner. And also the some of the scenes i watched in the first two episodes was like somehow true to life.
