Jerry is my favorite character. It was great to see him shine and show what he can do when given a chance. The pretty girl noticed too, and hopefully she will keep coming around for him. It was also nice to see Tani show faith in her brother and the results of what can happen when someone cares. And of course the kidnapping portion of the show made it clear how much the team can count on each other. All in all a great episode.
