Jimmy Cantrell, an out of work comedian, is in serious trouble. Unless his pre-med student girlfriend, Yola, can discover a way to help him out, he is doomed. His dimwitted friend Dontae, is loyal to a fault but often does more harm than good. Dontae has his own set of problems with Yola's friend Tosha.
