The drama and storylines in this episode are worthy of the series for sure.
Just one exception to the Lily story --> why, after suspecting Lane Hunter of bad practice, would Nic easily, without question accept re-assignment to Lily by Hunter and also, accept Hunter's weak (read BS) reasoning for putting Nic back on Lily's care? That was lame and uncharacteristic of Nic. Why not have the new doc for Lily serve to expose Hunter? Probably for story-boarding and lines; nevertheless, it reduces the strength of the show -- to have so many strong medical, political, and relationship lines and then do . . . this.
