- This is one of the most intense episodes of the show. People inside the prison are beaten (bare-hand, clubs), stabbed (scissors, shanks), have limbs broken, fall from heights, shot, have their throats slashed and set on fire, all with some blood.

- Some menacing scenes with the villains. A guard has his throat sliced (mostly off-screen with some blood) and the gruesome aftermath can be seen later. Ricardo Diaz (Kirk Acevedo) and Stanley (Brendan Fletcher) have some rather disturbing sequences and dialogue throughout.
