The Caveats Of Bending Over

Just finished bingeing all 7 episodes of Happy!, and I've got to say -oh wait, you say you haven't seen EP. 7 yet....well, too bad because here's a smidget of what you missed: -Smoothie dropping drawers to reveal no genitalia -Smoothie puts on a long, black strap-on and drags it along the right side of Nicks body -Did I mention Nick is nude again tied up in a bent over position? -Altercations happen, strap-on falls off broken off at the base -The image of Nick requesting 'Get it out of me.'

and that's only 2 minutes 9 seconds of a seriously messed up episode and one of the greatest recorded moments in television history.

If you have not seen Happy! yet, stop what you are doing and find a way to catch up on the episodes before tonight's finale.

Destroyer of Worlds

The episode was fine and pretty violent and entertaining for awhile.

Then the scene with the rape and the "smoothie" happened. Unnecessary, not entertaining, disturbing, so many other ways to describe it. It was a mistake though and a really bad idea. That ruined the episode and took away from a fun ending too.

Mixed feelings

On one hand there are some great moments in this episode, the scene where Blue is running from Sax and gets his sweater caught on the barbed wire fence is great and very well shot, Happy is just as fun as usual and the emotional core of the show and the action is still very much up to par but the orgy scene with the Beetle and the weird cartoon creatures that peel away to be genital like beings is just strange and not in the good way. I'm not a prude as I think if it's tonally in line with the show a little racy content can fit right in, the scene with Smoothie at the end (although disturbing) didn't bother me that much as it made sense for both of those characters. it's literally just down to the randomness and how blatantly hard they were trying to freak people out with the orgy scene that bothers me. it doesn't feel coherent. Although there's still enjoyment to be had here this is definitely the most messy episode of the season and especially disappointing after the previous fantastic episode. I'm gonna give it a 6.9 (and yes, that's not a coincidence)

Perverted element ruined it.

I rated the series an "8", this episode a disappointing 1.

The lengthy sodomising of Nick Sax is an unnecessary, disgusting addition to this episode, and it doesn't fit with any part of the previous six episodes, at all!

Idiots blew a winning streak.
