Paul Hollywood explores the city of San Francisco and its bakeries, along the way he samples focaccia, patisserie, a cruffin and the cities iconic sourdough, he does some baking of his own and learns about the origin of the fortune cookie.
Paul visits Bergen knowing little of the city and Norwegian baking, he samples the popular bolle and white lady cakes. He also learns about the history and cuisine including stockfish and Christmas traditions like the gingerbread town.
