Very brief fight analysis

"Atomic Blonde: Combat Analysis" is exactly what the title says. We have a pretty brief sight sequence in here and in-between it slows down or even stops and there is an explanation on the screen what is happing right now, what is used right now. Of course, this is connected to the Charlize Theron movie "Atomic Blonde" and she is also the one you see fighting on the screen and taking care of enemy fighters. I mean initially hen reading the title I thought this is perhaps something that includes interviews in the sense of a DVD feature elaborating on how the fight sequences were directed, from which perspectives etc., but apparently not. It is just a really brief appetized that was released in July 2017 and runs for exactly half a minute. The only intention here was to get people curious about the film. Okay, I must say that I watched the movie and it was alright, but in terms of appetizer this one we got here did not really work too well for me honestly. Even if I hadn't seen it. It is also so fast that you basically have to reduce the speed of the video when watching and then maybe you will understand what is going on, will be able to read the information. But I guess this "film" is not about the information or statistics or mathematics, but all about director Josh Oreck (who did not direct the "real" movie", but many of these snippets) giving audiences some spectacular action to have them want more and go see the full feature film later on. Well, action is absolutely not my favorite genre, so this little snippet gets a thumbs-down from me, even if there is no denying how impressive Theron delivers here physically. I still say watch something else instead. Even at 30 seconds only, it feels like a bit of a waste of time.
