The first 5 minutes of the movie was good. I enjoyed the drone footage, and some of the thematic music that was woven in. Other than that, this is a mess. Lousy script and pathetic makeup-"artistry". Liberals trying to make an "edgy" film, but this is just a poorly made "Deliverance".

Terrible movie, don't waste the hour and ten minutes.

Terrible movie. The best line of the movie was the last line of the movie. No story, just terrible.

What I like about this movie: beautiful scenery. What I didn't like? Everything else. The moment the woman first opened her mouth, I hoped, she would get killed soon. What a self-important, spoiled old brat! I bet she would have married herself, if that had been an option. They should have chose a deserted island in the middle of the ocean, but I guess she would have been outraged by the wild life. How he decided to hook up with her is the most unbelievable thing about this movie. And let me not forget the song he was singing along with. Actually, I wish I had never heard it. I bet someone is proud of it. "Cicle...keep circling around, circle..." What???? There was a part that reminded me of when I used to attended BBQs and a couple of guys would bring the pig. Those were the good old days.

Chompcrc here. I'm sure there is some bigger meaning behind this heap, but I just don't get it. Wow, that was bad. Bad execution, poor writing, undeveloped plot. No ending whatsoever. Just seriously not good.

Okay so what the hell was this film all about. What was the meaning of it all. Nothing explained. Ending stupid. No storyline. Going nowhere. I can't rate this film. Below 0. Please don't waste your time.

The "plot"... Where is the plot?? Camera shots make you want to vomit from watching... Don't waste your time!! There are better movies with much lower ratings..

What was that???? The most boring and stupid movie I've seen in a while. 90% of this was just a waste of scenery and a possible attempt at artsy maybe. I want my hour and 9 minutes back. Horrible!!!!

"Evolution of Evil" 6/10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From the start this film just takes way too long to begin. From the drawn out over head drone shots or the macro out of focus heavy aperture b-roll, These scenes should never go longer then a couple seconds but in this film many scenes drag on for 10-15 seconds longer then they should and there's a ton of them. The terrible camera angles may also play a big role for the off putting feel you get from watching this film but it's not all bad. The characters convoluted attitudes of acting like outdoorsy health snobs who hate the fact there not miles from another human being kinda adds a little realism to the main characters and the protagonist Kookoos who show up deserve a mental ward that's built in their name. What this film lacks is cohesion at certain times I guess with a limited budget certain scenes would just cut instead of special effects but the attempts are honest enough to not feel as though you've wasted all of your time, Yes it could have capitalized with more graphic scenes and more backstory to the crazies but I was entertained enough to watch all the way through. It's not the greatest by any means but it has a few moments at being mildly disturbing for people like myself who are into that.

What.the.fudge.was. THAT?!?!? Ironically,not badly shot, not the worst acting i whave ever seen, but the "plot" and "soundtrack" were AWFUL. Like,really,really bad!! Bleeding ear lyrics of some horrid song a crew member's band must have played. Terrible. And the "storyline"?!? Let me save you the time---there is none. No explaination for what is happening,illogical actions by our very irritating "heroine" and i'm pretty sure frank was a girl in disguise,regardless of tub scene actions. The wife was an awful person. This could have been 8 minutes long for all the action that unfolded......which was NOTHING!! Cannibal chases and captures them,she escapes. No intrigue,or scariness at all!! That was it! A total of about 175 lines in the whole movie,none of which explained what or why any of the events unfolded. Watch grass grow,the payoff is better.

If you're looking for something to wind down to - soft music and beautiful scenery, then this film is for you. It will put you right to sleep. This is the only way I can describe what I just watched. Honestly, they should change the title to Evolution of Nothing!
