If you don't have enough content for 10 episodes then don't do 10 episodes, but having Lily's mom have a one night stand is not exactly the kind of stories we want from this show.
That comedic flop distracted from what was a pretty strong main storyline with the return of Erica and Eric's classless comments. It touched on the real issues going on and I love how this show projects everyone as flawed and gives both sides of the argument.
