Warning: Spoilers
Saw this on amazon. Had no reviews so I went in blind and the trailer looked ok. I knew by the trailer it was going to be some sort of independent film. The actress while not a great actress by any stretch was pretty good. Now I should tell you that I'm running out of good horror films to watch so I made a pact with myself if a film is not good in the first 20 minutes I turn it off and don't waist my time with it. So that's what I did because for a hour and a half film those fist 20 minutes are filled with a air hostess getting off a plane and getting into her hotel room and looking around it, we also find out she's married. then she sleeps wwwand wakes up and gets some food. I know this is where it introduces the guy but I thought if this is all you get in the first 20 minutes of a 90 minute film the rest isn't going to be any good. I then thought while writing this I didn't give it a chance so I put it back on and she did, she did meet the guy and I would say that if a chubby man with receding hair and scruffy beard is there definition of handsome then he ticks the box. They then proceeded to have a very boring conversation about what they do for work. Zzzzzz. I was gonna turn it off at this point but then I thought I'd see this film threw to the end and wright down how it all pans out so buckle up...they get drunk and talk rubbish for 14 minutes. She goes back to her room and texts for 5 minuets. 40 minutes in and he's dead. She cleans for 13 minutes are you seeing a pattern hear. The pacing is horrible in this film I'm now just skipping scenes that take longer than 3 minutes at this point. A friend turns up and rambles for about 6 minutes. At a hour in she has a flash back to what happened, she pulled a knife out of a book and killed him FYI. The flash back was 4 minutes long. At 67 minutes the smell is so bad people on the floor below have complained. Thought it took longer for body's to smell that bad...must be hot. And this cheep budget hotel starts sending her complimentary stuff because they think she's ill. When I go to a budget hotel I can't even get a smile half the time.. she eats some more, sleeps some more. That's another 20 minutes she leaves gets on a plane with the dead body she chopped up in her suitcase. For some reason the FBI are there, your nicked The end...utter crap.

What the heck was that?

Zero plot, zero talent in the acting which was so wooden, the only thing that could improve it is a circular saw, a hammer and some nails. It's only a 1 as there isn't a zero option. Save yourself 90 minutes of your life. I watched it on fast forward and it was still glacially slow with no real ending.

Terrible
pneawf-18 July 2023
This film is really poor. Nothing happens for the first 38 mins, except to introduce you to a terribly acted, totally unsympathetic lead character. The rest is bafflingly bad with almost no plot or direction and character interactions that were straight out of a bad school production. I don't know what the intention was in making her unpleasant and sarcastic, but it did nothing for the film as Iit made me not care what happened to her.

The script could have been written by a 12 year old and the acting is so wooden it hurt to watch, at times! Honestly, I cannot think of a single positive thing to say about this film.

Warning: Spoilers
Just a horrible film. The acting was atrocious, the effects were horrible. Everything about this film was horribly bad... other than the premise.

The film was half finished before anything had even happened and it wasn't even scene setting, it was just pointless filler. Eventually we got the point of the film and i wish we hadn't. The pointless filler was better.

The 'why do i keep doing this?' moments we get from her, might have had more effect had we seen this Woman behaving endearingly at any point through the film, and these events she was involved in were seen as momentary lapses into into insanity. Instead we're introduced to an obnoxious character from the off and she continues to act obnoxiously through out the film, so these events she gets involved with are not surprising in the least, as a result, the two moments of 'guilt' we see from her mean absolutely nothing.

Pretty good, but a tad drawn out

Warning: Spoilers
Snarky flight attendant Anna (a sharp performance by Lisa Ronaghan) hooks up with handsome John (a charming portrayal by Bryan Larkin) in a hotel bar during a layover in London. Things take a nasty turn after Anna wakes up the next morning with John's bloodied corpse in bed right next to her.

Writer/director David Easton relates the absorbing story at a reasonable pace, captures the fatigue and frustration caused by jet lag well, and further spices things up with a nice sense of dry dark humor (no big surprise that disposing of a corpse is anything but easy). Moreover, there are neat supporting contributions from Magda Rodriguez as Anna's perky gal pal Angela and Pablo Raybould as a pesky maintenance man. However, this film could have benefitted from tighter editing; some scenes go on longer than they need to and the opening third is a tad laborious as a direct result of this. That criticism aside, this one overall makes for a perfectly acceptable diversion.

not so terribly bad!

Well, while not the best film ever, it showed promise. It just needed a good edit to improve the pace, and delete some of the scenes that weren't needed and didn't help the plot or anything. It wasn't as terribly bad as some reviews, and i didn't think the acting was so terrible either. Making films is hard y'all. Credit to those who write and produce themselves, try and do something they believe in and just go for it. Sure there'll be some falls along the way.

Ridiculously low rating so had to review.

For starters this is what you might call a "B" movie meaning production values aren't that great. And yet: it's quite an engrossing thriller with an interesting ending. This irrational negativity in "reviews" on this platform reduces its credibility to nothingness. Enjoy this interesting thriller with a satisfying ending. I really hope people don't put much value in imdb ratings; for once I didn't look at them and watched this, skeptical because of the production quality, and fully enjoyed it. Definitely found myself guessing and initially figured the film was going to be about the woman being set up and finding the "real killer." Was surprising when it was not that. Give it a shot.
