- Nagi has a large bust and her outfit has some cleavage. At the end of the cutscene "Different Stripes", her chest is directly above the subtitles. The quest "Villager's Plea (6)" is posted by a doctor who wants to make an X-ray machine so he can see through Nagi's clothes.
Violence & Gore

- Some Oni's parts are drenched in blood, such as claws, teeth and horns.
- The Demonlord weapons' descriptions are somewhat graphic.
- The main combat mechanic of the game is dismembering giant demons with various weapons, and purify their body parts before they can regenerate them. If a part has been purified, a phantom copy will be created in its place, with the Oni's purple flesh still visible through it. When a part is weakened enough, it will start bleeding, although the blood is dark-colored and not easily noticeable during a battle.
