James Avalon is a master at Adult filmmaking, with over 20 years worth of winners to prove it, but in the 10th edition of this venerable Sweet Sinner series he underperforms.

First problem is several scenes that are underlit, presumably on purpose the way Clint Eastwood and his d.p.'s used to do (and were heavily criticized for) back in the 1980s. This is particularly dubious in an Adult movie, where the viewer most definitely wants to see the action in clear detail, rather than be treated to atmospherics.

Second is Avalon's less than scintillating script, which dallies seemingly forever on a poker game featuring star Logan Pierce and his old buddies playing Texas Hold'em, while delivering lots of verbal exposition.

Main story has Logan as a single dad, whose infant daughter is tended to by title roler Dillion Harper. She gets booted from her band by hissable boyfriend/band leader Tyler Nixon, who starts off the movie by humping Elsa Jean after promising the aspiring young singer that she will take over the lead (hence, Dillion's spot) in his ensemble.

Shoe-horned into the show is the unhappy married couple of Michael Vegas and Sarah Vandella, who very unconvincingly get back together, and hump away out of character, to provide the usual extraneous sex scene in Sweet Sinner's mandatory quota of 4 XXX scenes per video.

Logan lives at the "Immoral Proposal" mansion, and we get a chance to see it in its glory pre-renovation, including some nice aerial shots of the grounds. Contrived happy ending (for Dillion) to the show is not believable.
